    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 押出機バレルに接続されるとともに温度調節手
    段を具備し、かつ流入材料の均圧室を備えたダイ
    ホルダと、該ダイホルダに接結されるとともに温
    度調節手段を具備したダイ外筒と、該ダイ外筒と
    嵌め合い状に内嵌されるとともに温度調節手段を
    具備し、外周面全面には前記均圧室と連通しかつ
    軸方向と平行に所要断面形状の押出成形溝を列設
    し、均圧室内に突出する調整ヘツドを備えたダイ
    中子とから成ることを特徴とする糸状組織化食品
    成形用ダイヘツド。
