立設した一対のボルトに対して該ダルマ孔の長孔
方向に摺動自在に取り付け、該ダルマ孔を上記支
承枠に立設した係止軸の頭部に係止する係止解放
手段を構成し、かつ、該係止軸に外挿した座板を
頭部下面に向かつて弾性付勢して成り、係止軸頭
部と座板間に上記押え枠を弾性的に挟持係止する
ことを要旨とするものである。
