一実施例をリニア直流モータに組み込んだ場合の
側面図、第２図は第１図Ａ―Ａ′線の断面図、第
３図はこの考案の一実施例による磁気エンコーダ
装置の一部であるホルダーとホルダーに取付けら
れた磁気抵抗素子の平面図、第４図は第３図のＢ
―Ｂ′線の断面図、第５図は第４図のＣ―Ｃ′線
の断面図、第６図は従来の磁気エンコーダ装置を
リニア直流モータに組み込んだ場合の側面図、第
７図は第６図のＤ―Ｄ′線の断面図、第８図は磁
気スケールと磁気抵抗素子が正しく配置された場
合を表わす図、第９図はその配置にズレが生じア
ジマス角度θが生じた場合を表わす図、第１０図
は磁気スケールと磁気抵抗素子が第８図に示すよ
うに正しく配置された場合の磁気抵抗素子の出力
信号を示す図、第１１図はその配置にズレが生じ
第９図に示すアジマス角度θが１°以上になつた
場合の磁気抵抗素子の出力信号を示す図である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) Ｎ，Ｓの磁気信号が交互に配列記録された
    磁性体のスケールと、 そのスケールに対向して配置され、その延長方
    向に相対的に移動可能とされた磁気抵抗素子と、 固定のための２つのビス穴の片方が長穴である
    、上記磁気抵抗素子を載せるためのホルダーとか
    らなる磁気エンコーダ装置。 (2) 上記磁気抵抗素子が上記ホルダーに載せら
    れた状態でその磁気抵抗素子の上面がそのホルダ
    ーの上面より上に出ないような深さの凹み又は溝
    内に上記磁気抵抗素子が配されていることを特徴
    とする請求項１記載の磁気エンコーダ装置。
