Abstract

PURPOSE:To make lightweight structure available by a method wherein a plurality of pairs of arc-shaped precast concrete pillars, crossing each other at their tops, are prepared and concrete frame-works are formed thereby, being bound at their tops with prestressing steels, and further covered with covers. CONSTITUTION:A pair of arc-shaped precast concrete (PC) pillars 2 are assembled in an arch shape and two pairs of the PC pillars 2 are assembled, diagonally crossing each other. To a dust provided to the upper exterior of each of the four pieces of the PC pillars 2, assembled in diagonal positions, a prestressing steel is inserted and the pillars are bound thereby. Then concrete is placed thereon. After hardening of the concrete, tension is applied to the prestressing steel and a concrete framework 10 is structured thereby. A plurality of the frameworks 10 are laid in a row in the longitudinal direction of a road or the like and arch-shaped PC pillars 9A are installed at the front and the rear of the row. Then, the frameworks 10 and the PC pillars 9A are connected at their tops with a beam member 13. To through holes 5 provided to each of the frameworks and the PC pillars 9A, wires 14 are inserted and opposite ends of the wires are fixed to the PC pillars 9A with fixing members 15. The frameworks 10 are further covered with covers that are fixed to the frameworks.

In this way, conventional concrete buildings consist almost entirely of concrete walls, which increases the overall weight and requires a correspondingly strong foundation.
There were problems in that the construction cost of the foundation was large and it was difficult to install it in urban areas, bridges, viaducts, etc. where the foundation support capacity was weak.

Next, a pair of arc-shaped PC pillars 2 are assembled into an arch shape at the site, and the two sets of arc-shaped PC pillars 2 are assembled diagonally across each other as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3. Then, by inserting the PC steel material 7 into the duct 4 with the four arc-shaped PC pillars 2 arranged diagonally, the arc-shaped PC columns 2 forming a pair are formed.
Connect the upper end part of C column 2, and concrete 8 at the top.
After compacting and solidifying, the PC steel materials 7 are tensioned and joined together to form a concrete framework 10 consisting of two arch-shaped PC columns 9. In this case, the concrete framework 10

Thereafter, a sheet-like force of canvas or the like /<-16 is placed over the concrete framework 10 between the front and rear arch-shaped PC pillars 9A, and the front and rear ends of the cover 16 are wrapped around the arch-shaped retaining plate 17 as shown in FIG. In this state, the holding plate 17 is fixed to the arch-shaped PC pillar 9A by screwing the bolt 18 and the nut member 6, and the left and right ends of the cover 16 are fixed to the holding plate 17A as shown in FIG.
The holding plate 17A is fixed to the foundation concrete 12 by screwing bolts 18 and nut members 6 while being wrapped around it, and further, the arched holding plate 17B is brought into contact with the upper surface of each arched PC column 9 from above the cover 16, This presser plate 17B is fixed to the arch-shaped PC column 9 by screwing bolts 18 and nut members 6 as shown in FIG.
