Abstract

PURPOSE:To cause an inner temperature of a heating chamber to be rapidly set to a set value without generating any over-shooting by a method wherein a predetermined value of an interior temperature of the heating chamber is set according to a weight of food and after it reaches a predetermined value, a continuous heating operation is stopped and after the temperature reaches the set value, a heater is turned on or off from a comparison. CONSTITUTION:At first, an energization of a relay 32 is continued and heaters 16 and 17 are continuously operated. As a sensed temperature increases and reaches a predetermined value Toff lower than a set value Tc, a relay 32 is deenergized and then the continuous operation of the heaters 16 and 17 is stopped. At this time, as regards a predetermined value Toff, it is variably set according to a sensed weight i.e. a weight of food sensed by a weight sensor 12. As the detected temperature exceeds the predetermined value Toff to reach a set value Tc, the sensed temperature and the set value Tc are compared to each other, an energization or deenergization of the relay 32 is carried out from the result of comparison and then the heaters 16 and 17 are turned on or off. When a cooking operation is started, operations of the heaters 16 and 17 are stopped before the sensed temperature reaches the set value Tc, so that a temperature within the heating chamber reaches the set value Tc without over-shooting.

In particular, we have addressed the fact that the overshoot of the temperature in the heating room varies depending on the weight of the food, as shown in Figure 5.
The predetermined value Torr is changed according to the weight of the food, so the pressing amount against overshoot is accurate, meaning there is no problem such as excessive pressing amount or insufficient pressing amount, and the temperature in the heating room can be maintained. The set value Tc can be quickly reached.

したがって、良好な出来具合の調理が可能である。Therefore, it is possible to cook food with good quality.
