【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 先端部にステープルの脚部折曲げ用のドライバ
を有するハンドル部材と、ステープルが装填され
るとともに前記ドライバに対向してステープル打
出し口が設けられたマガジンユニツトと、先端部
に前記ドライバに対向してステープルの脚部折曲
げ用のクリンチヤ部が起立形成された基台と、前
記ステープルの脚部が被綴り部材を貫通し終える
前に当該脚部の前記クリンチヤ部による折曲げを
防止する保持機構とを備えたホツチキスであつて
、前記保持機構を、前記基台に対して回動可能に
支持されるとともに、当該支持部から離間した位
置に前記クリンチヤ部が相対的に移動可能な貫通
孔が設けられ、かつ該貫通孔の上面近傍に被綴り
部材受け部が設けられた保持部材と、前記基台上
に前後に摺動可能に配置されるとともに、常時は
前記クリンチヤ部側に付勢され前記保持部材の先
端側を支持し、前記貫通孔内において前記被綴り
部材受け部と前記クリンチヤ部との間に所定の空
間を維持させるスライド部材と、前記ハンドル部
材に回動可能に支持されるとともに前記スライド
部材に当接し、前記ステープルの折曲げ開始時に
前記ハンドル部材の閉止操作に伴い前記スライド
部材を後退させることにより前記保持部材の支持
を解除させるリンク部材とにより構成したことを
