  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 帯状の導体箔が絶縁層を介して渦巻状に巻
    回されてなる箔巻きインダクタンス装置において
    、幅方向に突出した複数の端子片を導体箔に一体
    に形成したことを特徴とする箔巻きインダクタン
    ス装置。 (2) 絶縁薄膜からなる絶縁層に導体箔が被着さ
    れている請求項１の箔巻きインダクタンス装置。 (3) 導体箔を長手方向に二分割して設け、それ
    ぞれの導体箔に複数の端子片を形成した請求項１
    又は請求項２の箔巻きインダクタンス装置。 (4) 絶縁層が、導体箔の両側面及び一表面に被
    着された合成樹脂被膜である請求項１の箔巻きイ
    ンダクタンス装置。 (5) 二つの導体箔を備え、渦巻状に巻回した第
    １の導体箔の上に、さらに第２の導体箔を巻回し
    た請求項２又は請求項４の箔巻きインダクタンス
    装置。 (6) 二つの導体箔を備え、第１の導体箔と第２
    の導体箔を絶縁層を介して重ね合わせて渦巻状に
    巻回した請求項２又は請求項４の箔巻きインダク
    タンス装置。
