Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 全ての接点が２重遮断接点であり、常開ま
    たは常閉可能な該接点の開放または閉成が適切に
    成形された部材またはカムの軸方向の移動によつ
    て与えられ、それにより前記部材の軸方向の運動
    に必要な力は、前記部材、前記接点の可動部分お
    よび匡体の座の間の摩擦力によつて実質的に定め
    られるようになし、該匡体の内で前記部材が接触
    力を供給するスプリング部材により動くようにし
    たことを特徴とする電気スイツチ機構。 (2) 付勢スライダ２２，１２２を含む外側絶縁
    支持ハウジング１６，１１６から成り、同じ軸方
    向に垂直に延びているプロフイールまたはカム２
    ６，２８，１２６，１２８の前記スライダ２２，
    １２２を備え、該スライダは少なくとも２つの可
    動接点に接続している導電ブリツジ３４，３６，
    １３４，１３６に接触し、該ブリツジは前記絶縁
    ハウジング１６，１１６の一点で旋回する垂直ア
    ーム４６，４８，１４６，１４８と、前記プロフ
    イールまたはカム２６，２８，１２６，１２８に
    対して前記ブリツジ３４，３６，１３４，１３６
    を噛み合わせる搬送手段３１，３３，１３１，１
    ３３とを具備しており、コンタクタの側面に組み
    付けられる種類の補助接点ブロツクから成ること
    を特徴とする請求項１に記載の電気スイツチ機構
    。 (3) 前記可動接点対３８―４４，１３８―１４
    ４を接続する前記ブリツジ２６，１８，１２６，
    １２８は、その端部で前記可動接点を移動するＴ
    形状の十字アームと、その中心位置において、前
    記スプリング手段３１，３３，１３１，１３３へ
    接触する第１の側面上の部分と、第２の側面上の
    突起３０，３２，１３０，１３２と、前記絶縁ハ
    ウジング１６，１１６に対して接触する支点を備
    えた同じＴでの脚とで形成されたほぼＴ字形状の
    ものであることを特徴とする請求項２に記載の補
    助接点ブロツクからなる電気スイツチ機構。 (4) 前記ブリツジ２６，２８，１２６，１２８
    の十字アーム上に組み込まれた可動接点３８―４
    ４，１３８―１４４は、前記絶縁ハウジング１６
    ，１１６に接続され、および外部回路に接続が可
    能なねじクランプ７８，８４，１７８，１８４に
    よつて終端されたアーム７０，７６，１７０，１
    ７６によつて支持された対応の固定接点と嵌合で
    きることを特徴とする請求項１または２に記載の
    補助接点ブロツクからなる電気スイツチ機構。 (5) 前記スライダ２２は２つの反対方向に軸上
    で割付けされたプロフイールまたはカム２６，２
    ８を含み、さらに前記Ｔ形状の導電ブリツジ３４
    ，３６は、２つの反対方向に軸上で割付けされた
    Ｔ形状の脚を有するように同一軸上に割付けされ
    て、常開接点と常閉接点とを有するようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする請求項２ないし４のいずれかに記
    載の補助接点ブロツクからなる電気スイツチ機構
    。 (6) 前記スライダ２２，１２２は該スライダの
    先端に向けて高い部分に軸上で割付けられたプロ
    フイールまたはカム２６，２８，１２６，１２８
    を含み、前記Ｔ形状の導電ブリツジ３４，３６，
    １３４，１３６は、前記スライダの先端に向けて
    Ｔの脚を割付けして、すべて常閉接点を有するよ
    うにしたことを特徴とする請求項２ないし４のい
    ずれかに記載の補助接点ブロツクからなる電気ス
    イツチ機構。 (7) 前記スライダ１２２は該スライダの先端に
    向けて高い部分に軸上で割付けられたプロフイー
    ルまたはカム１２６，１２８を含み、前記Ｔ形状
    の導電ブリツジ１３４，１３６は、前記スライダ
    の先端に向けてＴの脚を割付けして、すべて常開
    接点を有するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項
    ２ないし４のいずれかに記載の補助接点ブロツク
    からなる電気スイツチ機構。
