Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 振動自在に固定された板状部材と、 該板状部材の一部に固定され、前記板状部材を
    屈曲させる振動子と、 該振動子に接続され、前記振動子により前記板
    状部材を繰り返し屈曲させる発振回路とを備える
    水滴除去装置において、 前記振動子が、平板型の電歪素子と、 該電歪素子の互いに対向する端面に電気的に接
    続された平行平板電極と、 を備える水滴除去装置。 (2) 振動自在に固定された板状部材と、 該板状部材の一部に固定され、前記板状部材を
    屈曲させる振動子と、 該振動子に接続され、前記振動子により前記板
    状部材を繰り返し屈曲させる発振回路とを備える
    水滴除去装置において、 前記振動子が、平板型の電歪素子と、 該電歪素子の互いに対向する端面に電気的に接
    続された平行平板電極と、 前記平行平板電極に対して導電的に接着固定さ
    れた通電用電極と、 を備える水滴除去装置。 (3) 前記振動子を円板状としたことを特徴とし
    た請求項(1)または(2)記載の水滴除去装置。 (4) 前記発振回路を可聴周波数外で振動させる
    ことを特徴とした請求項(1)または(2)記載の水滴
    除去装置。
