違いの検証を行うことが不可能であり、従って加入者デ
ータの試験後に新交換機への加入者線の接続を行ったと
き、MDFでの付は線違いが発生するという事態が起こ
り得るので、新・旧交換機の切換工事を支障なく行うた
めの試験方式としては不十分なものであった。

割り当てて次の加入者線の試験を開始する。また、この
