て回転する整流子8の下側に接触させたブラシ接
点で、このブラシ接点9基端即ち台材9aは支柱
10の上端に水平に支持固定されたブラシホルダ
ー11の一端の挾持部12に挾持されている。

等)試験、雰囲気ガス(有機ガス、Cl2ガス、
SO2ガス)試験を行う為、できるだけコンパクト
にする必要から図示の如く1個のテンシヨンゲー
ジ7で全部のブラシホルダー3を加圧して各ブラ
シ接点5を一斉に整流子8に所要の接触圧でもつ
て接触させるべく、個々のブラシホルダー3をシ
ヤフト2にビス13にて固定していた。従つて図
示の如くテンシヨンゲージ7によりNo.3のブラシ
ホルダー3にかかる加圧力がNo.1〜No.5のブラシ
ホルダー3に分散することになり、各ブラシ接点
5の整流子8に対する接触圧が不足することにな
る。この為、テンシヨンゲージ7の加圧力を大き
くしているが、このようにすると、全ブラシホル
ダー3にかかる加圧力を支えているNo.3のブラシ
ホルダー3がシヤフト2上で滑り、No.3のブラシ
ホルダー3だけに全加圧力がかかり、当初の整流
子8に対する接触圧が狂つてしまい、試験不可能
となつた。

ー3と完全に一体化されることとなり、真ちゆう
リング16がブラシホルダーから緩んだり、抜け
たりすることがなく、またブラシホルダー3はビ
ス13の締付けによりその先端がシヤフト2の外
周に喰い込んでいるので、過大な加圧力がかかつ
てもシヤフト2上で滑べることが無いものであ
る。従つて、このブラシホルダー3の一端の挾持
部4に挾持されて回転する整流子8に接触するブ
ラシ接点5の接触圧は当初設定した通りのものと
なり、複数組の対をなすブラシ接点5の摺動試験
を円滑、確実に行うことができるという優れた効
果を奏する。
