Prior Art The inventor of the present application filed Japanese Patent Application No. 41-38718.
40343), a suction pipe and a discharge pipe constricted just before the discharge are combined so that the openings of both pipes face the same direction, and fluid is sucked through the suction pipe and fluid is discharged from the discharge pipe at the same time. We proposed a method of suspending and suspending a plate near the opening of a pipe without contact. In this method, as shown in Figs. 5 and 6, an orifice 2 is placed at an appropriate distance from the suction pipe 1 and the opening.
The suction pipe 1 is connected to the suction port of the blower or a vacuum tank (not shown) through the conduit 9, and the discharge pipe 3 is arranged so that the openings 4 and 5 of both pipes face the same direction. The pipes 3 are each connected to a compressor or a pressure tank (not shown) through conduits 10, and an appropriate number of devices are used in parallel depending on the width of the plate-shaped body intended for the unit device constructed as described above. In use, a fluid such as air 6 is sucked in through the suction pipe 1, and at the same time, fluid such as air 7 is discharged as a jet stream from the orifice 2 of the discharge pipe 3.
By appropriately adjusting the suction negative pressure of the suction pipe 1 and the discharge pressure of the discharge pipe 3 according to the weight of the plate-shaped object to be suspended, for example, the openings 4 and 5 are directed downward, and the plate is placed in the air below. When the shaped body is placed horizontally, the distance between the openings 4 and 5 and the plate shaped body 8 is 0.5 mm to 1 mm.
The plate-like body 8 can be suspended suspended in the air without contacting anything while the plate-like body 8 is kept stable, and by moving the device while the plate-like body 8 is suspended and suspended, the plate-like body 8 can be suspended in the air without contacting anything. 8 can be transported while stably floating in the air.

In this case, the plate-shaped body 8 can be suspended or transported horizontally while maintaining a stable distance from the openings 4 and 5, but the horizontal position is not necessarily maintained stably. For example, when a plate-like body 8 with an area of several tens of cm 2 and a mass of several grams to tens of grams is suspended in the air, even if the surfaces of the openings 4 and 5 are slightly tilted from the horizontal plane, the plate-like body 8 The plate-like body 8 begins to slide due to the gravity exerted on it, and the plate-like body 8 also moves horizontally very easily even with slight disturbance of the surrounding air, reducing the range of action of the suction air 6 and the discharge air 7. It will come off further and fall instead of floating in the air.

In order to eliminate this drawback, it has been proposed to provide a stopper 11 on the outside of the discharge pipe 3, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. To explain one example in detail, four discharge pipes 3 are arranged around a suction pipe 1 having a circular cross section.
The openings 4 and 5 of both pipes face downward and are placed in close proximity to each other so that both openings 4 and 5 are located on the same horizontal plane. An orifice 2 is provided inside the pipe, and a stopper 11 is attached to the lower part of the outer surface of the discharge pipe 3 on the outside of the suction pipe 1. In the figure, 6 is suction air, 7 is discharge air, 8 is a plate-shaped body, 9 is a conduit connecting the suction pipe 1 and the suction port of the blower or a decompression tank (not shown), and 10 is the discharge pipe 3 and the blower. This is a conduit that connects the discharge port or pressure tank (not shown).

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the device shown in Figs. 7 and 8 above, the plate-shaped body 8 must be stably suspended at a constant distance of about 0.3 to 1 mm from the suction pipe opening 4 and the discharge pipe opening 5. However, the end face of the plate-shaped body 8 cannot be prevented from hitting the stopper 11.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention is such that the end surface of the plate-shaped body does not come into contact with the stopper.Explaining the embodiment with reference to the drawings, it has a circular cross section as shown in Figures 1 and 2. Several discharge pipes 3 having a circular cross section are placed around the suction pipe 1, and the openings 4 and 5 of both pipes face downward and are placed close to each other so that both openings are located on the same horizontal plane. An orifice 2 or a porous shielding plate 2a is provided in the pipe at an appropriate distance from the opening 5, and a hollow stopper 12 is installed on the lower part of the outer surface of the discharge pipe 3 on the outside of the suction pipe 1. This device is configured to have several openings 13 on the inside near the tip and eject a jet stream 14 in the direction of the suction pipe 1 on the inside, and floats and conveys a plate-like object in a non-contact state using fluid. be. FIG. 3 shows a unit device consisting of a suction pipe 1 and a discharge pipe 3 with a stopper 12 surrounding the entire lower circumference.
An example is shown in which a large number of openings 13 are arranged on the inner surface.
In addition, in order to float a long body, for example, a fourth
As shown in the figure, there are three
Discharge pipes 3a, 3b, and 3c each having a rectangular cross section are combined in close proximity so that the openings of both pipes face downward and are located on the same horizontal plane.
Several openings 13 are provided at the outer lower parts of a and 3c.
A hollow stopper 12 (not shown) is attached thereto, and conduits 9 and 10 are attached in the same manner as in FIG. 1 for use. Although FIG. 1 shows a part of the air in the discharge pipe 3 being ejected as a jet stream 14, the method is not limited to this method.

Effects of the invention In this invention, the stopper 12 is provided at the opening of the unit device consisting of the suction pipe 1 and the discharge pipe 3, so that the floating plate 8 moves horizontally due to the inclination of the unit device, and the suction air The stopper 12 prevents the plate-shaped body 8 from moving out of the action range of the air 6 and the discharged air 7 and becoming unable to hold the predetermined position. By ejecting the jet flow from the inner surface of the lower part of the plate member 12, it is possible to reliably prevent the end face of the plate member 8 from coming into contact with the stopper 12.

Other Embodiments In the above embodiments, the suction pipe opening 4 and the discharge pipe opening 5 are arranged on the same plane, but the discharge pipe opening 5 may be slightly protruded with respect to the suction pipe opening 4. . Further, in the above embodiment, the suction pipe opening 4 and the discharge pipe opening are both directed downward, and air is used as the suction fluid 6 and the discharge fluid 7, 14, and the plate-shaped body 8 is suspended horizontally in the air without contact. Although the usage example of floating conveyance has been described, the plate-like body 8 can also be conveyed floating in the air above the openings with the openings 4 and 5 facing upward, and furthermore, it is also possible to carry it floating in the air above the openings, or in a gas other than air or in a liquid such as water. The device of the present invention can be used in exactly the same manner by using the suction fluid 6 and the discharge fluids 7, 14 that are the same as the surrounding fluids or have similar properties.
