気管と、前記本管の側部に設けた第２の穴部に一
端を取り付け、他端部を本管の他端から突出した
第２の通気管とを備え、使用時、本管の他端を液
体が移し変えられる他の容器の開口部内に挿入し
たのち、液体が入つている容器をさかさまにする
ことにより、容器内の液体を本管内を介して他の
容器内に移し換えるとともに、第１の通気管を容
器内への吸気管、第２の通気管を他の容器内から
の排気管として作用するようにしたことを特徴と
