The present invention relates to a method for dyeing a polyester fiber sheet impregnated with an elastic polymer using a blended dye with good light fastness. A dyed product of a polyester fiber sheet impregnated with an elastic polymer has a greater degree of discoloration due to exposure than a dyed product of a normal polyester fiber. Therefore, when dyeing a polyester fiber sheet impregnated with an elastic polymer using a single dye, the above problems can be almost solved by using a dye with excellent light fastness. However, when using a combination of several dyes to obtain dyed products of various tones, the combination of only dyes with excellent light fastness is used to impregnate the high-molecular elastomer. Contrary to expectations, polyester fiber sheets may exhibit light fastness to a degree that is not suitable for practical use. The conventional concept in the dyeing industry for polyester fiber sheets is that if you select a combination of only dyes with excellent light fastness, you can obtain excellent light fastness. It was natural to think that impregnating it with water would not change its behavior. Therefore, the above-mentioned findings were completely unexpected and revealed problems specific to polyester fiber sheets impregnated with high molecular weight elastic polymers. This phenomenon occurs when the polyester fiber sheet itself impregnated with a high-molecular elastomer turns yellow when exposed to light, and depending on the dye, discoloration such as red or blue occurs when the color fades due to exposure. Because there are things,
It is thought that one of the reasons is that the color tone of the dyed product changes due to the imbalance of the color tone of each blended dye. The present inventors conducted deep studies to obtain a blended dye that exhibits excellent light fastness when dyeing polyester fiber sheets impregnated with a high-molecular-weight elastic polymer. In some cases, dyes that are not normally welcomed due to poor light fastness or discoloration due to fading due to exposure to light may be actively added to prevent discoloration of the sheet itself. The present invention was achieved by discovering a dye formulation that can minimize changes in the apparent hue of dyed products by covering the fading or discoloration of the dye. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for dyeing a polyester fiber sheet impregnated with an elastomeric polymer with good light fastness; In the method of dyeing a polyester fiber sheet with a blended dye containing at least two kinds of disperse dyes, if the blending ratio of the yellow component is (a) 30 to 60% by weight, it is dyed. This is achieved by using a blended dye containing 95% by weight as a blue component. The present invention will be explained in detail below. The polyester fiber sheet impregnated with an elastic polymer that is dyed by the method of the present invention includes polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyoxyethylene benzoate, and copolymers thereof (isophthalic acid, sodium isophthalate, sodium sulfonate, etc.). It includes non-woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, etc. made of polyester fibers such as polyester fibers, etc., and is impregnated with a high-molecular elastic polymer as a binder. Polyurethane is mainly used as the elastomeric polymer, but natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, SBR,
NBR, acrylic rubber, fluorine rubber,
Various so-called rubber-like materials such as silicon-based rubber-like materials may be used in combination. In addition, a dissipating agent, a pigment, a stabilizer, etc. can be added to the elastic polymer as appropriate. As polyurethane, (1) polymer diol, (2)
Substantially linear polyurethanes (including polyureaurethanes) consisting of an organic diisocyanate and (3) a chain extender are used. Examples of polymeric diols include compounds having a molecular weight of 500 to 4000 and having hydroxyl groups at both ends, such as polyether diols such as polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, and polytetrahydrofuran, polycabractone, polyethylene adipate, polybutyl adipate, polypropylene adipate, Examples include polyester diols such as polyethylene butylene adibate, polybutadiene diols, and copolymers thereof, and examples of organic diisocyanates include diphenylmethane diisocyanate, lysine diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, tolylene diisocyanate, and dicyclohexylmethane-4. , 4'-diisocyanate, etc. Chain extenders include hexamethylene diamine, p,p'-diaminodicyclohexylmethane,
Organic diamines such as methylene bisaniline, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1,4
-Organic diols such as butanediol. Yellowing of a polyester fiber sheet impregnated with an elastic polymer due to exposure to light is mainly due to yellowing of the elastic polymer such as polyurethane due to exposure to light. The white color retention of these binders varies depending on the type of polyurethane used and the type of stabilizers and pigments added to the binder.
This can be improved by using the polyurethane disclosed in JP-A-103491 or the stabilizer disclosed in JP-A-54-94589. Although the single yarn fineness of the polyester fibers dyed by the method of the present invention is not particularly limited,
The light fastness of polyester fibers dyed with disperse dyes tends to decrease as the filament fineness of the fiber decreases. A more remarkable effect is exhibited for polyester fiber sheets using fibers. Ultrafine fibers of 1 denier or less are
Sea-island type fibers such as polymer arrays described in 27775 etc., blend spun fibers using polymer blends, peelable composite fibers that can be divided into multiple thinner fibers by physical or chemical means, super draw spun and drawn fibers. It can be obtained from yarn, fibers produced by strong blow-spinning using air, nebula-shaped fibers, etc. The surface of a polyester fiber sheet impregnated with an elastomeric polymer is usually mainly composed of polyester fibers, but if fibers with different filament finenesses are mixed, the peelable multicomponent fibers can be peeled off. When obtaining ultrafine fibers by making ultrafine fibers, if other components interposed with the ultrafine fiber components remain, if some of the multicomponent fibers that can be made ultrafine remain thick without becoming ultrafine, or if the pile is The supporting ground portion may be made of fibers other than polyester fibers. As described above, the fiber sheet in the method of the present invention is a nonwoven fabric made of polyester fibers,
It is made by impregnating knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, etc. with high-molecular elastic polymers, and various manufacturing methods have been proposed. For example, when manufacturing fiber sheets with cut or loop-like fuzz,

This can be carried out by the methods described in JP 54-73995, JP 54-88384, JP JP 54-88391, and the like. In the method of the present invention, the dyes used as components of the blended dyes used are listed below. [] Yellow component sea. Ai. Disperse Yellow 71 〃 160 C. Ai. Disperse orange 30 [] Red component sea. Ai. Disperse thread 60 C. Ai. Disperse thread 92 127 [] Blue component sea. Ai. Disperse Blue 56 C. Ai. Disperse Blue 81 〃 197 C. Ai. Disperse Blue 198 The blending ratio of each of these components is determined by the color tone of the required blended dye, but in the method of the present invention, if the blending ratio of the yellow component is 30 to 60% by weight, .. Ai. If Disperse Yellow 71 is blended as a yellow component and the amount is less than 30% by weight, it will be classified as C. Ai. Disperse Orange 30 and Sea. Ai. At least one selected from Disperse Yellow 160 is blended as a yellow component in an amount of 0 to less than 30% by weight. Further, the red component is blended in an amount of 5 to 95% by weight. If the blending ratio of the red component is more than 40% by weight and up to 95% by weight, or if it is 20 to 40% by weight, the amount of dyeing to the fiber is 2% by weight or less (dye cake base). When using blended dyes, C. Ai. Disperse Blue 198 is blended as a blue component in an amount of 5 to 80% by weight.
If the blending ratio of the red component is 5% by weight or more and less than 20% by weight, or if it is 20 to 40% by weight, the blended dye is added so that the amount of dyeing exceeds 2% by weight (dye cake base) relative to the fiber. When using the C. Ai. Disperse Blue 56 is blended in an amount of 5 to 95% by weight as a blue component, or C. Ai.
At least one type selected from Disperse Blue 81 and 197 and sea. Ai. Disperse blue
198 is blended in a total amount of 5 to 95% by weight as a blue component. In addition, the sea to be mixed. Ai. Disperse Blue 198 is preferably 5 to 50% by weight. In the method of the present invention, in order to dye a polyester fiber sheet impregnated with a high-molecular-weight elastic polymer, the blended dye is, for example, a condensate of naphthalene sulfonic acid and formaldehyde, a sulfuric ester of a higher alcohol, a higher alkylbenzene sulfone. A dyeing or printing paste may be prepared by dispersing it in an aqueous medium using a dispersing agent such as an acid salt, and dyeing or printing may be performed. When dyeing is carried out, it can be easily carried out by applying ordinary dyeing methods such as high temperature dyeing, carrier dyeing, and thermosol dyeing. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples unless it exceeds the gist thereof. Example 1, Comparative Examples 1 and 2, Reference Example 1 A nonwoven fabric of polyethylene terephthalate with a single yarn fineness of 0.1 denier is impregnated with polyurethane containing an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, and carbon black as a binder, and the polyester is used for dyeing. It was used as a gray material for fiber sheet. The polyurethane used was a substance consisting of polytetramethylene ether glycol with a molecular weight of 1500 and polycaprolactone diol with a molecular weight of 1500 bonded to organic diisocyanate residues and diamine residues through urethane bonds and urea bonds at a weight ratio of 7:3. It is a linear block polyether polyester polyurethane. This polyester fiber sheet was coated with the following dye. Ai. Disperse Yellow 71 C. Ai. Dispersed Thread 72 〃 127 C. Ai. Disperse Blue 165 and 198 were used alone or in combination, and high-temperature dyeing was carried out at 120°C for 60 minutes, followed by reduction washing in a conventional manner. The obtained dyed product and the undyed fiber sheet for the flank test were irradiated with a fade meter at 85℃ for 120 hours, and then JIS.L-
Light fastness was determined using a gray scale based on 0804. The results are shown in Table-1 and Table-2.
