TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a ship equipped with a support shock absorbing device that absorbs propagation of vibrations to superstructures including a ship's bridge and the like. Generally, on a ship, as shown in Figure 1, the bridge b
The main hull a and the cabin c are integrated with the main hull a, and the movement of the main hull a during waves directly causes the bridge b and the cabin c to oscillate. In particular, when a high-speed boat navigates at high speed on a sea surface with waves, the oscillation and acceleration of the boat become extremely large, and the shock acceleration caused by the collision between the wave surface and the hull is also superimposed, making the ride uncomfortable and causing passenger The problem is that it causes various kinds of pain to the crew, including seasickness. In addition, as shown in Figure 2 a and b, in the measurement results of the oscillation (pitching) and vertical acceleration of a conventional high-speed boat in waves, a vessel like the one shown in Figure 1 with a length of 40 m has a wavelength of 50 m and a wave height of 2 m. The pitching of the ship and the vertical acceleration at the bow when sailing through waves at a speed of 20 knots show an impulsive waveform with a sharp peak, and the value is three times the gravitational acceleration g with a double amplitude. It also has the disadvantage of becoming. The present invention is intended to solve these problems, and aims to provide a ship with good riding comfort by absorbing the vibrations of the ship's bridge, etc. Therefore, the ship with the support and buffer device for superstructure of the present invention consists of a main hull that generates buoyancy and an upper structure including a bridge etc. provided on the main hull via a support mechanism. A controllable support and damping device is provided on the support mechanism to absorb propagation of hull motion to the superstructure, and the support device is configured as a plurality of controllable hydraulic cylinders, and the support device is configured as a plurality of controllable hydraulic cylinders, It is characterized in that a cylinder is arranged in series with the above-mentioned shock absorber. Hereinafter, a ship equipped with the above structure support/shock device as an embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. Fig. 3 is an elevation view thereof, Fig. 4 is a plan view thereof, and Fig. 5 is a support mechanism thereof. FIG. 6 is an explanatory diagram showing the state in which the waves are received, FIG. 7 is a graph showing the effect, and FIGS. 8 and 9 are a support buffer for an upper structure as a modification of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a plan view and an elevation view of a vessel equipped with a device, each of which has a main hull configured in a twin-hulled shape. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, a superstructure 2 including a bridge and a passenger cabin is provided on a main hull 1 that generates buoyancy via a support mechanism 3. The support mechanism 3 includes a hydraulic cylinder 6 as a shock absorber and a support device that are controlled to absorb vertical acceleration of the main hull 1 and vibrations such as pitching propagating to the upper structure 2. The above-mentioned shock absorbing device is composed of a spring 4 and a dart pot 5. As shown in FIG. 5, two sets of support mechanisms 3 are provided in the direction of travel of the ship, each supporting the upper structure 2 via shock absorbers 4 and 5.
A pair of hydraulic cylinders 6, 6 is provided at the front and rear. That is, in the support mechanism 3, the spring 4 and dart pot 5 as a shock absorber, and the hydraulic cylinder 6 as a support device are arranged in series with each other. The above-mentioned hydraulic cylinders 6, 6 are controlled by a hydraulic system 7 by a control system that performs control based on signals from motion detectors for the superstructure and the main hull (not shown).
control system that maintains the superstructure 2 within a substantially constant horizontal plane by receiving hydraulic pressure from the main hull 1 through a hydraulic valve 8, and thereby expanding and contracting the hydraulic cylinder 6 to absorb the movement of the main hull 1. will be carried out. Since the ship with the superstructure support/shock device of the present invention is configured as described above, even if the main hull 1 is shaken by waves during high-speed cruising, the restoring force of the spring 4 of the shock absorber is The upper structure 2 maintains its posture within a substantially constant horizontal plane due to the buffering effect of the damping force of the dart pot 5 and the supporting effect of the hydraulic cylinder 6 arranged in series with the shock absorbers 4 and 5. be able to. Figure 6 shows the bow FP and stern AE by dividing the hull into 10 equal parts.
The areas between the two are divided as shown by codes SS1 to SS9,
The results of estimating the hull motion using the strip method are shown in the case where the center of gravity of the superstructure 2 is supported by only one set of shock absorbers 3 near the SS 3, which is the rear half of the hull. Note that the hydraulic cylinder 6 is omitted in Fig. 6, but this is because it is not directly included in the calculations below, and in detail, the support mechanism is configured as shown in Fig. 5. ing. In a ship according to the present invention having specifications as shown in the following table, as shown in FIG. (Position SS8) and the central part of the cabin (Position SS4) are shown by the dashed line C and dashed line D, whereas the amplitude always decreases significantly.

[Table] For example, in waves with a wavelength of 100m and a wave height of 2m, the amplitude A at the front of the cabin of a conventional ship is
1.93 m, whereas in the ship of the present invention, the amplitude B is 0.40 m, which is about 1/5. When these amplitudes A and B are converted into vertical acceleration, it becomes 0.73g in the conventional ship, and 0.15g in the ship of the present invention. Furthermore, in conventional ships, acceleration due to wave impact is superimposed on this vertical acceleration, but in the ship of the present invention, in the support mechanism 3 of the upper structure 2, the shock absorbers as the springs 4 and the dart pots 5 are used as support devices. Since it is provided in series with the hydraulic cylinder 6, acceleration due to wave impact is not superimposed on the upper structure 2. Furthermore, since a control system is provided that controls and operates the hydraulic cylinders 6 to absorb the vertical movement of the main hull at each support point, the propagation of vibration to the superstructure is further reduced. That is, the ship of the present invention has the effect of reducing the vertical acceleration of the conventional ship to 1/5 or less. As the shock absorbing device, in addition to the above-mentioned spring 4 and dart pot 5, an appropriate one such as an air spring can be selected. In addition, in a modification of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the main hull is formed into a twin-hulled shape, and the twin-hulled main hulls 1a and 1b create a superstructure with a larger floor area. 2' can now be achieved. Furthermore, while the ship is at rest, hydraulic cylinders as a support device fix the shock absorbers, or other support mechanisms fix and support the superstructure, allowing the superstructure to move as passengers and crew move and cargo to be lifted or unloaded. It may also be designed to prevent objects from tilting. Further, the support mechanisms 3 may be provided in two rows in the width direction of the ship, thereby reducing rolling of the superstructure. As described in detail above, according to the ship with the superstructure support buffer device of the present invention, the superstructure includes a main hull that generates buoyancy and a bridge etc. provided on the main hull via a support mechanism. a support device and a shock absorber that are controllable to absorb propagation of vibrations of the main hull to the superstructure, the support device being provided with a plurality of controllable hydraulic cylinders; With a simple configuration in which the same hydraulic cylinder is arranged in series with the above-mentioned shock absorber, it is possible to significantly improve ride comfort in superstructures, including bridges, etc., and reduce the service rate in rough weather. There are also benefits to improving it.
