圧指令値を外部とイタ−フェイス可能な加圧信号に変換
する出力回路とから構成される装置 (作 用) このように構成されたものにおいては、巻取口−ルの銘
柄が変更になった場合や、巻取ロールとワインダドラム
ロール間のニップ圧を操業中ヤ操業停止中に変更する場
合に、予め銘柄別加圧登録部に登録ざれた複数の加圧様
式を入力装置からの指令で加圧選択回路で銘柄に応じた
加圧様式を選択し、その加圧様式に上下限制限値やバイ
アスを加える等の機能を有する加圧任意変更回路で加圧
任意変更器の指令で任意の加圧様式に変更することによ
り、操業中においても、最適の加圧様式を早く作ること
が出来るので、操作効率及び巻取ロールの製品品質を向
上ざぜることが可能となる。
