装置の一実施例を示す図で、同図ａは要部断面図
、同図ｂ，ｃはそれぞれ動作を示す拡大断面図、
第２図ａ，ｂは他の実施例を示す要部側面断面図
及び正面図、第３図は従来のトロコイド型油圧装
置を適用した全油圧式動力舵取装置を示す縦断面
図、第４図は第３図の―線に沿うトロコイド
型油圧装置の断面図、第５図は第４図の要部を示
す断面図、第６図は第５図に示す装置を改良した
ものを示す第５図相当の断面図である。 １７…ドライブシヤフト、１９…ロータ、２２
…ステータ、２３…円弧状歯部、２７，２８…プ
レート、３１…スペーサ、５０…連通孔、Ｃ，Ｃ
１，Ｃ２…クリアランス。なお、各図中同一符号
は同一又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 円周方向等間隔に形成された複数の円弧状歯部
    を備えたステータと、このステータ内で上記円弧
    状歯部と噛合いつつ回転するトロコイド歯形から
    成るロータと、上記ステータを両側から挾持し、
    上記ロータとの間に所要のクリアランスを有する
    一対のプレートと、上記ロータの軸芯部に形成さ
    れた孔内に連結されたドライブシヤフトと、上記
    ロータに取付けられて上記ドライブシヤフトの抜
    止めを行うスペーサとを備え、上記ステータの円
    弧状歯部とロータの歯形とによつて画成される空
    間のロータの回転に伴む容積変動によつて圧油を
    吸入・吐出させるトロコイド型油圧装置において
    、上記ロータ端面の軸芯部の孔の周囲に、この孔
    より大径の凹所を形成し、該凹所内にシール機構
    を介在させてスペーサを嵌合させることにより、
    高圧側と低圧側の液密を保持するとともに、この
    スペーサに高圧側と低圧側とを連通させる連通孔
    を形成したことを特徴とするトロコイド型油圧装
    置。
