第１図は本考案の一実施例である旋盤用ワーク
搬送装置の要部を示す斜視図である。第２図は第
１図の装置に設けられた振れ止め部材が軸状ワー
クに接触させられた状態を示す斜視図である。第
３図は第２図の縦断面図である。第４図は第１図
のワーク搬送装置の配設形態の一例を説明する図
である。第５図は第１図のワーク搬送装置におけ
る一対の把持装置の移動経路の一例を説明する図
である。第６図および第７図は、それぞれ第４図
の配設形態におけるワーク搬送装置の作動を説明
する図である。第８図は本考案の他の実施例の要
部を示す斜視図である。 １０：ワーク搬送装置、１６：移動台（移動部
材）、３２：軸状ワーク、４４：振れ止め部材、
６２：加工機（旋盤）、７２：刃具。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 軸状ワークを軸心まわりに回転させつつそ
    の外周面に刃具を押圧して切削加工を行う旋盤に
    該軸状ワークを搬入し、および／または該旋盤か
    ら該軸状ワークを搬出するために、該軸状ワーク
    を着脱可能に保持して移動させられる移動部材を
    備えたワーク搬送装置であつて、 前記移動部材に、前記切削加工時に前記軸状ワ
    ークの外周面のうち該軸状ワークの軸心まわりに
    おいて前記刃具の押圧位置と反対側に該軸状ワー
    クの回転を許容しつつ接触させられる振れ止め部
    材が設けられていることを特徴とする旋盤用ワー
    ク搬送装置。 (2) 前記振れ止め部材は、前記軸状ワークの軸
    心と平行な方向の移動可能に配設され、前記刃具
    の押圧位置に追従して移動させられるものである
    請求項１に記載の旋盤用ワーク搬送装置。
