Claims (1)
平面光導波路に光を放射する光源と、前記平面光
導波路内を伝搬する前記光を平行光に変換する第
1の平面レンズと、前記平行光の外側に配置され
入力電気信号の周波数に対応して前記平行光を偏
向させる光偏向手段と、該光偏向手段からの偏向
光を集光する第2の平面レンズと、該第2の平面
レンズで集光された光を検出する光検出器と、前
記基板に前記光検出器が接する面と一定の角度傾
いて設けられ且つ前記光偏向手段により偏向され
ずに前記第2の平面レンズで集光された非偏向光
を除去する傾斜端面とを備えることを特徴とする
