ない乾田作業等においてはこの装置を取り外す必

１１を機体の右ずれの程度によつて、その前端の
左右方向の振り度合いを調節設定することによ
り、機体の右ずれが生じ始めても、分草部より更
に前方に延出している該ガイド体１１がこれから
刈取ろうとする最左側の穀稈１５に引つ掛かつ
て、右方へ旋回しようとする機体の旋回、即ち右
ずれを妨げ、穀稈条列に従い、よつて機体の直進
性が確保される。そしてこのとき、機体直進ガイ
ド体１１は低い位置に設置されているため、穀稈
１５の株元に接当し、株より大きな反力を受けて
大きな修正力が与えられると共に、該ガイド体１
１は、機体先端の分草板８より更に前方に延出し
ているため、該ガイド体１１に作用する力が小さ
くとも、大きなモーメントを発生し得るものであ
