Claims (1)
- ステムにキヤツプを被せ、このキヤツプ内をハ
ーメチツクシールで封止するとともに、当該キヤ
ツプ内には磁気検出体が配設されてなる磁気セン
サにおいて、前記キヤツプ内にはステムと分離さ
れている磁気検出体が磁気検出面がわを対向する
キヤツプの壁面に接触状態で配設されるとともに
、磁気検出体側にはステム側に向けて端子が設け
られ、また、ステム側にも磁気検出体側に向けて
端子が設けられ、このステム側の端子と前記磁気
検出体側の端子とは直接的に又は導通部材を介し
て間接的に圧接されて導通接続されていることを
特徴とする磁気センサ。
