アームと、 前記第1軸近傍に設けられた位置固定の部材と
前記第2回動アームとの間に配設され、前記第1
回動アームが前記第1軸まわりに回動させられる
のに伴つて、該第2回動アームを前記第2軸まわ
りにおいて該第1回動アームの回動方向と逆方向
へ該第1回動アームの回動角度と略同じ角度だけ
該第1回動アームに対して機械的に相対回動させ
る第1相対回動機構と、 前記第2回動アームと共に前記第2軸まわりに
回動させられるとともに、上向きのワーク受けを
備えて前記中心線が該第2軸と平行となる姿勢で
