【図面の簡単な説明】
添付図面は本考案の実施例を示し、第1図はド
リルの図、第2図はエンドミルの図、第3図はリ
ーマの図、第4図は段付貫通孔をもつシヤンクを
用いたエンドミルの図、第5図は超硬合金製のシ
ヤンクから転削工具を抜去する時の状態を示した
図であり、図中1はシヤンク、2はスパイラル溝
、3は貫通孔、4は鉄系金属粉粒子、5は転削工
具本体、6は転削工具、7は尾端、8は段部、9
は大径部、10は小径部である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 転削工具本体5と、それに連らなる大径のシ
    ヤンク1を有する転削工具6に於いて; 上記シヤンク1を超硬合金製と成し、そのシヤ
    ンク1の中心に一端から他端迄貫通せる貫通孔3
    を形成し、この貫通孔3に転削工具本体5の基部
    aを挿入保持せしめて転削工具とすると共に、上
    記転削工具本体5の摩耗、折損等によりこの転削
    工具本体5を取替える時には上記貫通孔3を利用
    して、この転削工具本体5を外部へ押出し、この
    超硬合金製シヤンク1を再び用いるようにしたこ
    とを特徴とする転削工具に於けるリサイクルシヤ
    ンク。 上記超硬合金製の筒状シヤンク1に上記転削
    工具本体5の基部aを通し、この通された転削工
    具本体5の部分aに於けるスパイラル溝2及び転
    削工具本体5の周面と上記シヤンク1の内周面の
    間に鉄系金属粉粒子4を充填し、且つ上記充填鉄
    系金属粉粒子4の層中にロウ材を毛細管作用によ
    り吸収せしめることにより実施し、上記ロウ材の
    溶融温度で上記シヤンク1及びそこに通された転
    削工具本体5の部分aを加熱し、ロウ材を溶融固
    化しロー付固着することを特徴とする請求項第1
    項記載の転削工具に於けるリサイクルシヤンク。
