Abstract

PURPOSE:To work an L-shaped bent product by a low manhour and with high accuracy by performing prescribed bending to a developed stock of the L-shaped bent product, and thereafter, bending its middle part. CONSTITUTION:A suitable hole 5 is pierced by a punch press, blanking is executed by a shearing machine, and also, a V-shaped groove 11 is worked to the inside of a part which becomes a bending part in the lateral direction of a reference surface 9 of a bending member 7 by a V-shaped groove working machine, and a developed stock 3 of an L-shaped bent-up product is worked. Subsequently, the developed stock 3 is bent by a bending machine, and the bending member 7 corresponding to a composite part of the bending member is worked. Next, the bending member 7 is bent with a hand with the V-shaped groove 11 inside, and by executing suitable welding 13, an L-shaped bent-up product 1 is obtained. Since the reference surface 9 is bent with the V-shaped groove 11 inside, the finish is satisfactory, and a bending curve of the outside can also be made small enough.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving the Problems) A method for processing an L-shaped folded product of the present invention that solves the above problems includes performing a predetermined bending process in the longitudinal direction so that the cross section has a predetermined shape. A method for processing an L-shaped folded product in which folded members are joined together in an L-shape, in which a unfolded material is created by unfolding the above-described bent product, and the material has a predetermined cross section. A predetermined bending process is performed in the longitudinal direction so that the reference plane of the developed material is bent in the transverse direction to give the above-mentioned C shape.
A feature is that the bending portion in the horizontal direction of the surface is provided with grooves sufficient to allow the folding in the L-shape to be performed manually.

(Function) In the method for processing a knee-shaped folded product of the present invention having the above configuration, after performing a predetermined bending process on the unfolded material of the L-shaped folded product, the reference plane of the intermediate portion is folded in the transverse direction. Since the L-shape is formed by bending, all the bending members constituting the L-shaped folded product can be bent at once, and the number of man-hours can be reduced accordingly.
