Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve indoor temperature distribution through simple structure by a method wherein a plurality of discharge ports are formed in the panel of a body, a moving type baffle plate capable of regulating a discharge amount and the discharge direction of discharge air through the discharge port is disposed to each of the discharge ports, and the baffle plates are driven, in order, at an arbitrary set angle in linkage with each other. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of discharge ports 10 are formed in a panel 11 of an air conditioner body, and moving type baffle plates 13a, 13b, 13c, and 13d capable of regulating a discharge amount and the discharge direction of discharge air from the discharge port 10 are disposed in the respective discharge ports 10. The baffle plates 13a, 13b, 13c, and 13d are driven, in order, at an arbitrary angle by a drive means in linkage with each other. This constitution enables easy regulation of the discharge portion and the discharge direction of discharge air to a room through a mechanism by which the baffle plates 13a, 13b, 13c, and 13d are driven.

When this blown air passes through the wheel (6), the blown air is limited by the position of the opening (6a), and the direction of the blown air is determined by the baffle plate (9) of the air outlet (10). . At this time, if the wheel (6) is rotated by the timing motor (7> and gear (8)), the blown air can be blown out from the entire circumference of the air conditioner body (1) while rotating sequentially. Temperature distribution can be made uniform.

Also, in step S9, a pair of air guide plates that are at a predetermined set angle, for example, a first air guide plate (13a) that is in a parallel state.
and the second air guide plate (13b) are rotated to fully open. Then, it is determined whether one second of the predetermined time set in step 310 has elapsed, and until the predetermined time of one second has elapsed, the pair of air guide plates in the parallel state are held in a predetermined angular state, and the other pair of air guide plates are held in a predetermined angle state. The plate is kept fully open, and air conditioning operation is performed in this state. When it is determined in step 310 that one second of the predetermined time has elapsed, the routine starts from step S1 and this process is repeated.

Since it is determined by the angle settings of (13b), (13c), and (13d), it can be changed arbitrarily. By adjusting the angles of the baffle plates (13a>, (13b), (13c), and (13d)), the amount of air blown into the room can be adjusted as a result.

In this way, in the air conditioner of this embodiment, the air guide plates (13a>, (13b), (13c), (13d) of the air outlet)
By directly driving the air conditioner using a drive means consisting of a drive motor (14), a drive force transmission mechanism (15), etc., it is possible to easily adjust the location and direction of the air blown into the room. Therefore, the mechanism of the air conditioner itself becomes a simple mechanism, resulting in an inexpensive and simple device.

[Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the air conditioner of the present invention has a plurality of air outlets arranged in the panel of the air conditioner main body, and the amount of air blown from the air outlet is controlled by the plurality of air outlets. A movable baffle plate that can adjust the blowing direction is provided, and a mechanism in which the baffle plates are linked and sequentially driven by a drive means to an arbitrary set angle allows the air to be blown out into the room and from where it is blown out. Since the blowing direction can be easily adjusted, the indoor temperature distribution can be improved with a simple structure.
