[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to an improvement in a type of car wash machine that automatically washes a car body according to an appropriate sequence by disposing water spray nozzles for spraying liquid in a gate-shaped car wash main body. [Prior Art and its Problems] Generally, this type of car wash machine performs cleaning, waxing, etc. of an automobile body by spraying water mixed with a cleaning/waxing liquid. By the way, although these conventional car wash machines were equipped with a flow control valve to adjust the amount of fluid supplied from the fluid tank,
It was not possible to accurately confirm and adjust the actual flow rate (amount of liquid supplied per hour). In other words, the amount of liquid supplied can be confirmed by measuring the amount of liquid consumed during car washing using the weight of the liquid tank or the liquid level scale, but the time it takes to spray the liquid varies depending on the size of the car being washed. Furthermore, it is difficult to visually distinguish whether what is being sprayed is water or liquid-mixed water, making it impossible to confirm the amount of liquid supplied per hour, that is, the flow rate. For this reason, the flow rate of the liquid is adjusted by relying on the intuition of the user, resulting in inconveniences such as not being able to supply liquid mixed water with an appropriate concentration, reducing the cleaning effect, and wasting the liquid. Ta. [Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made to address these problems, and includes means for adjusting the amount of liquid supplied from a liquid agent tank;
an input board for inputting car wash operations and inspections other than car wash operations; means for controlling the water spray nozzle to spray mixed water for a predetermined period of time in response to predetermined inspection inputs to the input board; It is equipped with a means for displaying the standard consumption amount of the liquid agent associated with the spraying of mixed water, which enables the spraying of mixed water for a predetermined time apart from car washing operations, and allows the flow rate of the liquid to be easily set, allowing the solvent to be mixed at an appropriate concentration. It has been improved so that it can be washed with water. [Example] Hereinafter, the example will be described based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front external view of one embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a gate-shaped car wash machine body, rails 2, 2'

(6) If there is an input to select liquid material inspection on screen B, first display selection screen C, requesting input of the type of liquid material to be inspected, and check the selection screen for each liquid material for a certain period of time (20 seconds in this example). Display the appropriate consumption amount (〇〇〇cc). Here, if there is an input to select "1 detergent", the car wash machine sprays the detergent solution for a certain period of time displayed on the screen C. In other words, select "1 detergent" from the numeric keypad 54.
When receiving the selection input, the sub board 61 outputs an operation command signal to the main board 58, and the main board 58 receives this signal and first selects the electrode valve 2.
A signal is output to the relay board 60 to open the valve 3, and water is sprayed from the nozzle 13. After a short period of time during which the water flow in the pipe becomes steady, the solenoid valve 33 is opened and the supply of cleaning liquid is started. Further, on the main board, a timer counts the displayed predetermined time (20 seconds) from the start of supply of the cleaning liquid, and at the same time as the time elapses, each valve 23, 33 is closed to stop spraying of the detergent mixed water. (7) On screen C, if there is an input to select "2 Underground Wax", the wax liquid will be sprayed for the specified period of time, and when the selection input is received from the numeric keypad 54 in the same way as in step (6), The main board 58 first opens the solenoid valve 24 and then later opens the solenoid valve 34 to spray the mixed water of the wax liquid for a certain period of time. (8) If there is an input to select "3 finishing wax" on screen C, the finishing wax liquid will be sprayed for the specified period of time, and step (6)
Similarly to (7), when a selection input is received from the numeric keypad 54, the main board 58 first opens the solenoid valve 25 and then later opens the solenoid valve 35 to spray the mixed water of the wax liquid for a certain period of time. Therefore, by inputting information on the input board 43 while being guided by the screen of the display device 42, in addition to car washing, various management modes can be selected and management work can be performed. In particular, in the liquid inspection mode shown in steps (6) to (8), the standard consumption of liquid in a certain period of time is displayed, and the water mixed with each liquid is sprayed for the same certain period of time to check the flow rate of the liquid. It is designed to allow work to be done. This inspection work involves placing the liquid to be measured in a measuring cylinder such as a measuring cylinder, inserting the tip of the supply hose for the corresponding liquid into the container, and supplying the liquid from this container before and after spraying mixed water. Measure the amount of liquid agent and find the consumption amount,
If this consumption amount differs from the standard amount displayed on screen C, spray the mixed water in the same way while adjusting with each control valve 39, 40, 41, and set the measured consumption amount close to the standard amount. good. In addition, this consumption amount is not limited to the above, but the main body is equipped with a weight scale for measuring the weight of each liquid agent tank 28, 31, 32, or a flow meter for measuring the flow rate in each liquid agent hose 36, 37, 38. It is also possible to convert the measurement signal from the meter and automatically display the consumption amount at that time on the display device 42. As shown in A, B, and C of the flowchart, the system is configured to give priority to the car wash so that it always detects that the key switch 36 is switched to the driving mode during the selection operation, stops displaying the selection screen at any time, and shifts to the car wash routine. has been done. Furthermore, by pressing the return key 43, the user can return to the previous selection mode as shown in (b) and (c). [Effects of the Invention] This invention is configured as described above, and since it is possible to spray the liquid mixture water for a predetermined period of time separately from the car washing operation, it is necessary to measure the consumption amount of the liquid agent accompanying the spraying of this mixed water. For example, the flow rate can be easily checked. In addition, since the standard consumption amount of liquid agent associated with spraying mixed water per unit time can be displayed, if the amount of liquid agent supplied is adjusted using the adjustment means to bring it closer to this standard amount, mixed water spraying with an appropriate concentration can be made and always effective. You can wash your car at a high price.
