Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) イオン通路に設けた衝突領域に衝突ガスを
供給するための導入流路と、該導入流路に接続さ
れた衝突ガス源と、前記衝突領域への衝突ガスの
供給を停止すための前記導入流路中に設置された
遮断弁と、真空ポンプと、前記遮断弁と前記衝突
領域との間の導入流路内を前記真空ポンプに接続
するためのバイパス流路と、該バイパス流路に設
けられた開閉弁とからなる質量分析装置における
イオン衝突解離装置。 (2) 前記遮断弁が閉じられた時前記開閉弁が開
かれるように双方の弁に連動関係を与える連動手
段を設けた請求項(1)に記載の質量分析装置にお
けるイオン衝突解離装置。 (3) 前記遮断弁として三方切換弁を用い、該三
方切換弁により衝突ガス源を前記導入流路と真空
ポンプとに選択的に接続可能としたことを特徴と
する請求項(1)又は(2)に記載の質量分析装置にお
けるイオン衝突解離装置。
