カム部と、該カム部に一体に設けられ前記扇形孔
を挿通して前記側板の外側に突設され前記扇形孔
の広がり角の範囲で移動可能なレバーと、前記カ
ム部と当接し該カム部の回動により前記側板の内
側を上下方向に摺動可能な押え部材と、該押え部
材と前記シヤフト間に張設された引張りばねと、
前記シヤフトに装着され前記ブラケツトの上面板
の内側から前記シヤフトを下方に押圧し、かつ、
前記カム部により押え部材が必要以上加圧される
