Claims (1)
- 紙―フエノール樹脂などからなる基材の表面に
形成されている回路パターン上に、複数の重ね塗
り層からなり、その内の一層は上記回路パターン
と逆パターンであつて、かつ、同回路パターン厚
みとほぼ同一の厚みを有している電気絶縁性のア
ンダーコート層を形成するとともに、該アンダー
コート層上に接地レベルなどに接続される導電性
ペーストからなる電磁シールド層を設け、さらに
その上にフツ素系のフラツクス上がり防止剤が含
まれているソルダーレジスト層を形成してなるこ
とを特徴とするプリント配線板。
