Description
第１図は本考案の代表的実施態様を示すスルー
ホール接続部における端面図、第２図は従来一般
のスルーホール接続部の端面図、第３図は第１図
の実施態様をプリント配線板上面から見たスルー
ホール近傍の平面図、第４図及び第５図は他の実
施態様を示す平面図並びに第６図は第５図におけ
るＸ―Ｙ断面図である。 １は絶縁基板、２Ａ，２Ｂは銅箔、３は積層板
、４はスルーホール、５は導電性ペースト、６は
剥離部分、７は導電性ペーストと絶縁基板露出表
面の直接接着部である。

の実施態様をプリント配線板上面から見たスルー
ホール近傍の平面図、第４図及び第５図は他の実
施態様を示す平面図並びに第６図は第５図におけ
るＸ―Ｙ断面図である。 １は絶縁基板、２Ａ，２Ｂは銅箔、３は積層板
、４はスルーホール、５は導電性ペースト、６は
剥離部分、７は導電性ペーストと絶縁基板露出表
面の直接接着部である。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 樹脂を素材の少なくとも一部に用いた絶縁
基板の両面に導電層が配され、該両導電層が樹脂
をペースト基剤とする導電性ペーストを介してス
ルーホール式接続により相互に電気的に接続され
てなるプリント配線板において導電層がスルーホ
ール周辺において少なくとも一部欠損し絶縁基板
の表面が露出しており該露出した絶縁基板表面と
前記導電性ペーストの一部が直接接着されてなる
ことを特徴とするプリント配線板。 (2) 導電層がスルーホールの両出口周辺に輪状
に欠損して絶縁基板の表面が露出しており、該露
出した絶縁基板と導電性ペーストの一部が直接接
着されてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
のプリント配線板。 (3) 絶縁基板と導電性ペーストに用いられてい
る樹脂が同種の樹脂である実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項記載のプリント配線板。 (4) 絶縁基板と導電性ペーストに用いられてい
る樹脂がエポキシ樹脂またはフエノール樹脂であ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のプリント
配線板。
