【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 空調すべき建物内の複数の空調エリアにそ
れぞれ設けられかつ開度を調整可能なダンパを備
えた最大処理風量Vの可変風量装置と、ダクトを
介して上記可変風量装置に接続される送風機と、
上記各空調エリアに設けられた温度センサと、上
記温度センサからの検出温度を入力するとともに
この検出温度を予め設定された所望の設定室温と
比較しその温度差に応じた風量指示信号を上記可
変風量装置に送出することによつて空調エリアへ
の送風量を制御する制御手段とを具備し、 更に上記制御手段は、当該空調エリアにおける
実際の空調負荷に応じて設定された必要風量V′
(V′≦V)を最大値として、上記設定室温と検
出温度との差に応じて比例的に可変風量装置への
風量指示信号を送出することによつて設定室温が
維持されるように上記ダンパの開度を調節して可
変風量装置の通過風量を制御することを特徴とす
る空気調和設備。 (2) 前記可変風量装置の最大処理風量Vは、こ
の可変風量装置が設置される空調エリアにおいて
将来予想される最大空調負荷に応じた風量である
