Claims (1)
- 所定の誘電率を有する誘電体によつて構成され
た基板１３に、各々電気的に絶縁された複数の電
極１５，１６，１７を形成し、当該複数の電極１
５，１６，１７の内の少なくとも１の電極をアー
ス電極１６として、当該アース電極１６にアース
に接続されるリードピン１２Ｅを挿通し、前記ア
ース電極１６に対して所定の静電容量を有する前
記複数の電極の内の２の電極１５，１７を出力電
極として、当該出力電極１５，１７の夫々に、外
部回路に接続されるリードピン１２Ｃ，１２Ｄを
挿通するとともにこれらのリードピン１２Ｃ，１
２Ｄに水晶振動素子１０を電気的に接続してなる
コンデンサ一体型水晶振動子。
