Claims (1)
- 圧電効果により同一方向に伸縮する少なくとも
２本の脚部と、圧電効果により前記各脚部の伸縮
方向と交差する方向に伸縮する胴部と、前記各脚
部と前記胴部とを連結する弾性材料からなる緩衝
ブロツクとを備えてなる超音波リニアモータ。
