[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a subfloor structure that alleviates or reduces impact noise from the floor surface of an upper floor of a house or the like and sound transmitted between upper and lower floors.

One way to do this is to lay elastic and sound-insulating rubber sheets or foam resin sheets on the top of the subflooring material, but a single sheet is too thick to cushion a large impact. In addition, the sheets become expensive, and the workability of laying sheets over a large area is extremely poor.

It is also possible to reduce the impact force by installing panels with elastic legs such as rubber legs on the base material. However, there was a problem in that the panel was susceptible to cracks due to the reaction of the impact, causing the panel itself to vibrate when subjected to heavy impact forces such as those generated when jumping on the floor.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and consists of installing a floor panel with a plurality of elastic legs in parallel on the top surface of the subfloor material, and horizontally suspending a plate-like body on the top surface of the floor panel. By fixing the rubber mats in parallel on the upper surface of this plate-like body, the impact force peak generated on the floor by the legs and the rubber mats can be reduced, and the vibration damping effect of the mats can be used to reduce the impact force. The rubber mats prevent the vibration of the floor panels, and the rubber mats block the transmitted sound passing between the floor panels, and the elastic legs prevent vibrations from propagating to the plate-like subflooring material due to the reaction of the impact force. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a subfloor structure that prevents panels from floating or rising by fixing plate-like bodies.

Then, a plate-like body 5 made of plywood or the like is placed on the floor panel 3 with the joints of the floor panel 3 horizontally placed, and nails 6 are placed.
After sewing, a rubber mat 7 is stuck on the top surface of the plate-like body 5 or a gap of 2 to 3 mm is created. Note that the joints of the rubber mat 7 have elasticity and adhesive properties such as acrylic, silicone, urethane, butyl rubber, etc. to improve the airtightness of the rubber mat 7, and even after curing, the rubber An elastic caulking agent 8 which is softer and more easily deformed than the mat 7 may be filled.

Further, the rubber mat 7 has a thickness of 5 mm or more,
Preferably, the thickness is 5 to 30 mm from the viewpoint of workability and sound insulation. Furthermore, the specific gravity is preferably 1.4 to 1.7. If the specific gravity is less than 1.4, sufficient sound insulation cannot be obtained unless the thickness of the pine is increased, resulting in poor workability; if it exceeds 1.7, the elasticity of the pine is low, resulting in poor vibration isolation, and the weight of the pine becomes large. This is because the workability deteriorates. In this case, the specific gravity can be controlled by adding metal powder, metal oxide powder, inorganic powder, etc.

In addition, the comparative test consisted of a floor structure on the second floor,
The present invention is shown in FIG. 1, Comparative Example 1 is a carpet that is laid on a plate-shaped floor base material 2 via a rubber mat 7 without providing a floor panel 3, and Comparative Example 2 is a In the present invention, the rubber mat 7 is omitted. Then, while microphones were installed on the first floor, an impact was applied to each of the floor surfaces, and the intensity (dB) of the impact sound generated at that time was measured. Figure 3 shows the measurement results when the impact was applied by a tapping machine as a lightweight impact source, and Figure 4 shows the measurement results when the tire was dropped as a weight impact source.
These are displayed in comparison with the JISA1419 sound insulation class of buildings. The data of the present invention is curve a marked with ◎, the data of comparative example 1 is curve b marked with □, and the data of comparative example 2 is curve c with marked x. It is.

On the other hand, the curve a becomes L-65, and according to the present invention, a highly sound-insulating floor surface with floor impact noise reduced by 5 to 10 dB is formed.

In addition, in the present invention, as shown in Fig. 1,
A mat 12 made of glass wool, felt, soft fiberboard, etc. is attached to the bottom surface of the floor panel 3 to prevent resonance caused by the air layer between the base material 2 and the floor panel 3, thereby further improving the sound insulation effect. can be increased.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the flooring structure of the present invention, a floor panel with elastic legs is provided on the upper surface of the plate-shaped flooring material, and the plate-shaped body is fixed to the upper surface of the floor panel with nails, etc. The panels are joined to each other using a rubber mat with a thickness of 5 to 30 mm on the top surface of the plate-like body. The elastic legs and the rubber mat weaken the impact on the floor, and The vibration of the panel caused by the rubber mat is absorbed by the vibration damping effect of the rubber mat, so the floor panel does not vibrate due to the reaction of the impact force, and the vibration isolation (vibration isolation) of the elastic legs prevents it from vibrating. The effect is fully exhibited, and vibrations to the plate-like flooring material can be effectively prevented and an excellent flooring material can be obtained.

Furthermore, since the top surface of each floor panel is joined with a plate-like material such as plywood, the impact force is not concentrated on a single floor panel, which reduces the generation of impact noise. Since it is double-covered with a plate-shaped body and a rubber mat, it is possible to block sound transmitted from the joint part and provide a floor base with excellent sound insulation properties.
