Consists of b. The external protruding part 6b is composed of an integral part of a terminal mounting part 6c in which two antenna terminals 4, 4 are implanted at the tips and projected, and a resistance storage part 6d in which the main body 5a of the discharge resistor 5 is stored in a horizontal state. be done. The resistance storage portion 6d has a dome-shaped internal cross section, and a resin input cover 8 is separately formed in this opening.

By the way, the ground side lead wire 5c of the discharge resistor 5
is led directly from the slit 9 formed on the ground side end plate of the antenna input case 6 toward the protrusion 12, so that the tensile force during soldering of the lead wire 5c is directly transmitted to the resistor body 5a and the allowable tensile force is increased. There was a risk that the discharge resistor 5 would be damaged due to a force greater than (approximately 7 kg) being applied to the resistor body 5a. The antenna input case 6 is formed of resin using two molds, and the sliding part between the fixed mold and the movable mold is made to be at least longer than the length l of the lead lead-out slit 9. As a result, the clearance between the two molds becomes relatively large, causing manufacturing problems in which burrs are likely to occur during molding and maintenance of the molds becomes difficult. Furthermore, the material of the antenna input case 6 meets safety standards (American
(UL standards, etc.) is required to be a flame retardant material with a high heat deformation temperature, but since materials that meet this requirement are mechanically brittle, the fitting base 6a of the antenna input case 6 is pressed into the fitting size. As a result, a slight clearance is created between the side plate 7' of the base housing 7 and the antenna input case 6 becomes rattled after the case is installed. This causes the coupling between the antenna loop 2 and the resonant line 3 There was a problem that the electrical characteristics became unstable.

D. Structure of the invention The present invention consists of a fitting base 15a that is fitted into the base casing 17, and an external protrusion 15b consisting of a terminal mounting part 15c and a resistor storage part 15d that protrude from the base casing 17. The main body 5a of the discharge resistor 5 is housed and held horizontally in the section 15d, and the ground-side lead wire 5c of the discharge resistor 5 is pulled out from the ground-side end plate of the resistor housing section 15d to connect the electrical machine to the base casing 17. In this connection structure, the antenna input case 15 of the UHF tuner and the discharge resistor 5 are connected to the base housing 17, and the lead outlet 18 of the ground side lead wire 5c of the discharge resistor 5 is connected to the base housing 17. 15d at the corner of the top surface, the ground side lead wire 5c is led out from the lead outlet 18 at an acute angle, and the tensile force of the lead wire is transferred to the lead outlet 18. It is characterized by being directly joined. In this way, the ground side lead wire is led out from the resistor body in a manner that bypasses the lead outlet and extends to the base casing, so that the tensile force when soldering the lead wire is applied to the lower edge of the lead outlet. The discharge resistor is safe because it is applied directly and hardly any of it is applied to the resistor itself. Further, the tensile force acts to press the antenna input case against the base housing, increasing the mounting strength of the antenna input case, and solving the above-mentioned conventional problems without difficulty.

The assembly order using the antenna input case 15 is the same as the conventional one.
5, the antenna terminals 4, 4, discharge resistor 5, input cover 16, and antenna loop 2 are sequentially attached to form the input sub-assembly body, and then the antenna input case 15 is attached to the side plate 1.
7', and then the lead wire 5c led out from the lead outlet 18 is pulled and its tip end is wrapped around the cut and raised protrusion 22 of the side plate 17' and connected and fixed with solder 23. When soldering the lead wire 5c, the lead wire 5c goes up from the resistor body 5a to the lead outlet 18 as shown in FIG.
8 to the protrusion 22 at an acute angle θ. Therefore, even if a tensile force P is applied to the lead wire 5c during soldering, this force P is only applied directly to the lower edge of the lead outlet 18 where the lead wire 5c bypasses and is locked, and is not propagated to the resistor body 5a. First, the discharge resistor 5 is safe. In addition, a force P cos θ due to the tensile force P acts as an external force that presses the antenna input case 15 toward the side plate 17', thereby eliminating the rattling of the antenna input case 15 and solving the conventional problems in terms of electrical characteristics. resolved. The above effect becomes greater as θ becomes smaller. Further, the lead outlet 18 may be small enough to allow one lead wire 5c to pass through.
Therefore, the sliding length of the mold for forming the antenna input case 15 can be sufficiently shortened, thereby extending the life of the mold and facilitating maintenance.

F. Effects of the invention As described above, according to the invention, there is no need to worry about damage to the discharge resistor, and quality and assembly workability can be improved. In addition, the strength of the attachment of the antenna input case to the base housing is increased, the coupling state between the antenna loop and the resonant line is stabilized, and the characteristics of the UHF tuner are stabilized. Furthermore, the manufacturing cost can be reduced by extending the life of the mold for forming the antenna input case.
