し、成形品取出し爪5のシリコンゴム型4内に突
出せるシリコンゴム型4の内側面に添わせて配置
すると共にこの係止爪6をシリコンゴム型4内に
て成形されたウレタン樹脂成形品7の外側面8に
係止して成るウレタン樹脂成形用型枠装置に係る
ものである。

単に取り出せないものである。そこでまずウレタ
ン樹脂成形品7′を、シリコンゴム型4′と共に型
枠1′より取出し、しかるのちにシリコンゴム型
4′を発泡硬化したウレタン樹脂成形品7′から取
外すようにしていた。この場合無理をするとシリ
コンゴム型4′がコーナー部で裂けるという欠点
やシリコンゴム型4′を型枠1′から取外さねばな
らないため、シリコンゴム型4′を型枠1′に固着
できず、それ故、ウレタン樹脂の発泡硬化時の反
応熱によるシリコンゴム型4′の熱膨張を防ぐこ
とができず、その結果ウレタン樹脂成形品7′の
寸法精度が悪いという欠点があつた。

し、シリコンゴム型より内側に突出せる係止爪を
型枠内のウレタン樹脂成形品(以下単に成形品と
いう)の外側面に係止することにより、てこの作
用により、簡単に成形品を取出すことができ、さ
らに直接成形品を取出すようにしてシリコンゴム
型を型枠内に固着することにより、成形品の発泡
硬化時の反応熱にてシリコンゴム型の熱膨張を防
止し、成形品の寸法精度の向上を図ることができ
るウレタン樹脂成形用型枠装置を提供するにあ
る。

成形品取出し爪5は板状の爪本体9にL字状の係
止爪6を突設したもので、爪本体9を側壁2上に
交差して配置し、側壁2に対してほぼ直角に回転
するように蝶番10にて爪本体9を側壁2に枢支
してある。ここで、爪本体9の側壁2より外側方
に突出している部分が把持部11であり、爪本体
9の係止爪6はシリコンゴム型4の内側に位置す
るようになつている。しかしてウレタン樹脂をシ
リコンゴム型4内に充填し、発泡硬化させると係
止爪6が成形品7の外側面8内に喰い込むように
係止する。成形品7が十分硬化したのち把持部1
1を下方に押下げてこの作用で成形品7をシリコ
ンゴム型4より直接離型する。この場合シリコン
ゴム型4が前述のように成形凹所3内に固着され
ているため成形品7を直接シリコンゴム型4より
離型できるものであり、このように単に把持部1
1を押下げて成形品取出し爪5を回転させるだけ
で、てこの作用にて簡単に成形品7を取出すこと
ができるものである。しかも成形品取出し爪5の
シリコンゴム型4内に突出せる係止爪6をシリコ
ンゴム型4の内側面に添わせて配置すると共にこ
の係止爪6をウレタン樹脂成形品7の外側面に係
止するようにしたので、成形品取出し爪5の係止
爪6はウレタン樹脂成形品7の目立たない外側面
に係止されるものであり、ウレタン樹脂成形品7
の形状等に影響を与えることなくウレタン樹脂成
形品7の取り出しをおこなうことができるもので
ある。またシリコンゴム型4を成形凹所3内に固
着してあるため、シリコンゴム型4がウレタン樹
脂が発泡硬化する際の反応熱を受けたとしても膨
張して寸法変形を生ずるということがなく、寸法
精度の高い成形品を得ることができるという利点
がある。
