Claims (1)
- 直方体のモールド絶縁物の前面に発光部、背面
にリード線を有する発光ダイオードにおいて、前
記モールド絶縁物の上部に第１の溝、下部に第２
の溝を備え、隣接する発光ダイオードのモールド
絶縁物に形成された第１の溝と第２の溝との間に
嵌合され両者のモールド絶縁物を固定するように
形成された接続板とを有することを特徴とする発
光ダイオードのモールド絶縁物構造。
