Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a cylindrical tube wall having high quality in a short period by bringing a plane tube wall which has been formed by welding alternately a tube and a fin to plastic bending in a circular arc surface shape, combining plural pieces of circular arc surface-like tube walls to a cylindrical shape and welding them. CONSTITUTION:A tube 1 and a fin 2 are welded alternately, and plural pieces, for instance, three pieces of plane tube walls 5 are formed. Subsequently, by using a press die 7, each of the tube walls 5 is pressed and plastic bending is given to the part of the fin 2, and a circular arc surface-like tube wall 6 is formed. In the end, three pieces of tube walls 6 are combined to a cylindrical shape and brought to tack welding manually, and thereafter, regular welding is executed to the tube wall 6, and a cylindrical tube wall is obtained. According to this method, since a tube and a fin in bulk are welded as a plane, welding can be executed easily and with high accuracy.

As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, a cylindrical pipe wall 3 is used in which a plurality of pipes l such as steam pipes or water pipes are arranged in a cylindrical shape and the pipes l are connected by fins 2. Note that 4 is a header provided at both ends of the cylindrical tube wall 3.

The above-mentioned cylindrical tube wall 3 has conventionally been constructed by arranging a plurality of tubes 1 in the circumferential direction along the headers 4, 4 between a pair of headers 4.4 spaced apart by the length of the tubes 1. Temporarily attach the tubes 1 to the header 4 by welding, then arrange the fins 2 between each tube 1, and temporarily attach the fins 2 to the tubes 1 by hand welding so that the whole becomes cylindrical. After that, the header 4, pipe 1, and fin 2, which were temporarily assembled into a cylindrical shape, were actually welded by hand.

■ Since it is impossible to directly weld the tube 1 and fins 2 alternately so that the whole becomes cylindrical, we decided to temporarily assemble the loose tube 1 and fins 2 into a cylindrical shape and then perform the final welding. The work of temporarily assembling the loose tube 1 and fins 2 into a cylindrical shape was inefficient and required unnecessary effort and time.

■ Loose pipes are the most time-consuming and most important part of the work.
The actual welding of the pipe 1 and the fin 2 is carried out with the tube 1 and the fin 2 temporarily assembled into a cylindrical shape, which is extremely technically difficult, and it is difficult to perform the actual welding automatically using a machine. As mentioned above, the actual welding had to be carried out manually, but since it is technically difficult to manually weld the pipe 1 and the fin 2, which were temporarily assembled into a cylindrical shape, it took a lot of work. It takes a lot of effort and time, and there are problems such as a high risk of uneven precision and distortion, and it has not been possible to manufacture the cylindrical tube wall 3 in a short period of time and with high quality.

[Means for Solving the Problem] The present invention forms a planar tube wall by alternately welding tubes and fins, and applies plastic bending to the planar tube wall by pressing to form an arcuate tube wall. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a cylindrical tube wall, characterized in that a plurality of arcuate tube walls are combined into a cylindrical shape and welded.

In this way, the tubes 1 and the fins 2 are alternately welded to form a planar tube wall 5, and the planar tube wall 5 is plastically bent by pressing to form an arcuate tube wall 6. Since a plurality of the arcuate tube walls 6 are combined into a cylindrical shape and welded together, there is no need to temporarily assemble the separate tubes 1 and fins 2 into a cylindrical shape, which is the most labor-intensive and time-consuming process, and is also the most time-consuming. The important work of welding the separate tubes I and fins 2 alternately is done on a flat surface, which makes it much easier even when manual welding is required. Moreover, machine welding can also be performed, greatly improving work efficiency. improves.

Furthermore, the flat tube wall 5 is pressed to form an arcuate tube wall 6.
Since this work can be mechanized, it can be done in a short time and with high precision. The work of temporarily assembling the arc-shaped pipe wall 6 into a cylindrical shape and then performing the final welding can also be done by assembling the separate pipe 1 and fins 2 into a cylindrical shape. It is much easier to handle than when temporarily assembled into a shape, and there are far fewer welding points, so workability is good, and there is less distortion of the entire cylindrical shape.

Note that the method of manufacturing a cylindrical tube wall of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the connection position of the tube by the fin can be either on the center line of the tube or on the tangent line of the tube, or at an intermediate position between the two. Of course, various modifications may be made without departing from the gist of the invention.
