Claims (1)
- 水圧超音波発生器本体に、液溜りから液体を液
体ポンプの液体導入口から水圧超音波発生器本体
に送る液体ポンプを直結、又は、配管し水圧超音
波発生器本体に、液体を流入する液体流入口、前
記液体を噴出する液体噴出口、及び、空気等の気
体を流入する気体流入口を形成し、前記気体流入
口に連通する気体噴出口を液体噴出口の内側に配
置し、液体噴出口が気体噴出口を囲んで配置され
ることを特徴とする水圧超音波発生器。
