Claims (1)
導体とN型半導体とを交互に配置して一列に並べ
て、該P型半導体とN型半導体の整列方向の両側
の隣り合う端部同士を交互に金属膜で結合して直
列接続し、該金属膜を、前記基板の一側と他側の
側縁に夫々発熱端子と吸熱端子として整列してな
る電熱変換素子ユニツトを、複数枚同方向を向け
て積み重ねて該各電熱変換ユニツトを並列接続し
、該積重体の前記発熱端子が配された側の側面と
前記吸熱端子が配された側の側面に夫々絶縁材を
介して発熱板と吸熱板を当接したことを特徴とす
る電熱変換器。 A plurality of film-shaped P-type semiconductors and N-type semiconductors are alternately arranged and lined up on a substrate made of an insulating material, and the adjacent ends of the P-type semiconductors and N-type semiconductors on both sides in the alignment direction are aligned.
