の複写物の耐光堅ろう度は7級と良好であった.A toner composition containing a coloring material used in electrostatic photography is
Various proposals have been made, and some have already been put into practical use. These compositions generally include a resin, a colored colorant, and carrier particles. Cyan, magenta, yellow, and black dyes or pigments are selectively used as colorants. These color toners are required to have various physical and chemical properties as shown below. (1) The triboelectric properties of color toners are not affected by the 71 degree change. (2) Due to the collision of color toner particles and carrier particles due to repeated development for continuous use, and the mutual deterioration of those particles and the photosensitive plate, the density obtained may vary or the background density may increase, resulting in Quality must not be compromised. (3) When attempting to increase the density of a copied image by increasing the amount of color toner adhering to the surface of the photosensitive plate having a latent image, the so-called fog phenomenon due to an increase in background density must not occur. (4) Transparency must not be lost due to multicolor overlapping. (5) Each color toner must have excellent melting and miscibility. (6) Spectral reflection characteristics to accurately reproduce the original. Compared to pigments, dyes have the advantage of being molecularly dispersed in the toner resin, so there is no need to separately grind and mix the resin and pigment, resulting in greater color value. , may show a tendency to agglomerate due to pressure or moisture. In that case, the color value will be low as a result. Furthermore, when printing with these, the so-called fogging phenomenon occurs due to the bleeding of the dye, resulting in a blurred image. As a means of overcoming these drawbacks, several methods have been reported in which dye molecules are immobilized in toner resins through covalent bonds.These methods can be roughly divided into: It can be divided into the following two types: !》A method of introducing a dye into the main chain by covalently bonding a dye molecule with a reactive functional group to a normal polymer 1,000 polymer (
For example, JP-A-47-6587. Tokuko Sho 47-3378,
Special Publication No. 48-25667, No. 62-245268
). A typical example is shown schematically below. 2) A method of introducing a dye pendantly into the polymer main chain through a covalent bond (e.g., Japanese Patent Publication No. 11399/1989,
Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-86058). A typical example is shown schematically below. Although some yellow compounds have been proposed for use as pigment components in these resins, the hue is too reddish, and when introduced into the resin, the reaction is not completed due to poor solubility, resulting in insufficient color. Because the concentration may not be obtained,
Improvements were desired. Problem 1 to be Solved by the Invention An object of the present invention is to provide a novel compound that exhibits a clear yellow color. Another object of the present invention is to provide a polymerizable dye monomer or a colored resin having this novel compound in its skeleton. A further object of the present invention is to use this novel compound as is;
Alternatively, it is an object of the present invention to provide a color toner composition in which the compound is incorporated into a resin through a covalent bond. [Means for Solving the Problems 1] As a result of extensive research into dyes that have a clear yellow hue, do not exhibit agglomeration even when dispersed in a resin, and have reactive functional groups, the inventors found that the general Formula (I) [wherein R represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, or an alkoxyl group. ] It was discovered that the anthraquinone compound represented by the following shows good properties, and the present invention was completed. It should be noted that the anthraquinone compound of the present invention has not been published in any literature so far and is a new compound. The compound of general formula (I) is prepared by combining 1,8-dichloroanthraquinone and aminothiophenols in a polar solvent such as dimethylformamide, 1,3-dimethylimidazolidine, or sulfolane in the presence of a base such as caustic potassium or potassium carbonate. It can be easily synthesized by reacting in a nitrogen atmosphere at 60 to 150°C, preferably 80 to 120°C, for 1 to 8 hours. It is necessary to use aminothiophenols in a 2 to 5 molar ratio, preferably in a 2 to 3 molar ratio, to 1,8-dichloroanthraquinone. Aminothiophenols can be easily obtained by the following reaction. That is, it is obtained by reacting an aniline derivative with sodium hydrogen sulfide in a polar solvent such as ethanol at a temperature of 60 to 120°C. Specific examples of H in general formula (I) include a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom such as a chlorine atom or a bromine atom, or a methyl group, an ethyl group, an isobrobyl group, a butyl group, an isobutyl group, a pentyl group, and an impentyl group. , a C, ~Chi alkyl group such as a hexyl group, a heptyl group, an octyl group, a nonyl group, a decyl group, a tetradecyl group, an octadecyl group, preferably a Ct ~Cl2 alkyl group, a cycloprobyl group,
Cyclobutyl group, cyclobentyl group. , a C3-C+a cycloalkyl group such as a cyclohexyl group, a cyclohebutyl group, preferably a 04-C+a cycloalkyl group. cycloalkyl group, methoxy group, ethoxy group, butoxy group, octyloxy group,
C, -Cat alkoxyl groups such as decyloxy group, dodecyloxy group, octadecyloxy group, cyclohexyloxy group, preferably C, -CIm alkoxyl groups are mentioned. Representative examples of the anthraquinone compounds of the present invention are shown below, but of course the compounds of the present invention are not limited to these examples. 1.8-bis(2-aminophenylthio)anthraquinone, 1.8-bis(2-amino-4-chlorophenylthio)anthraquinone, 1.8-bis(2-amino-4-

These are examples in which the amino group is bonded to the 2-position of the phenyl group, but the amino group may be substituted at other positions. In that case, the substituent represented by R is bonded to another position. The anthraquinone compound of the general formula (I) of the present invention can be simply mixed with a resin to form a pigment material. As a method, a dye material can be obtained by melt-mixing and incorporating preferably 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of the compound of general formula (I) into a resin. The dye material of the present invention will be explained below. As the resin to be applied to the pigment material of the present invention, all resins commonly used in toners can be used. For example, styrene and its substituted products such as polystyrene, poly-p-chlorostyrene, and polyvinyltoluene can be used. Monopolymer, styrene-vinylnaphthalene copolymer, styrene-methyl acrylate copolymer, styrene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer, styrene-octyl acrylate copolymer, styrene- Methyl methacrylate copolymer, styrene-ethyl methacrylate copolymer, styrene-butyl methacrylate copolymer, styrene-101 chloride methyl methacrylate copolymer, styrene-acrylic nitrile copolymer, styrene-vinyl methyl ether copolymer Polymer, styrene-vinyl ethyl ether copolymer, styrene-vinyl methyl ether copolymer, styrene-butadiene copolymer, styrene-isobrene copolymer, styrene-acrylic nitrile-indene copolymer,
Styrenic copolymers such as styrene-maleic acid copolymers and styrene-maleic ester copolymers, polymethyl methacrylate, polybutyl methacrylate, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, polyethylene, polybrobylene, polyester, polyurethane, polyamide, Polyvinyl butyral, polyacrylic acid resin, rosin, modified mouth resin, terpene resin, phenol resin, aliphatic or alicyclic hydrocarbon resin, aromatic petroleum resin, chlorinated paraffin, paraffin wax, etc. used alone or in combination can. Next, the constituent components of a color toner composition in which the dye material of the present invention is mixed with a charge control agent and carrier particles will be explained in detail. A particularly important constituent component of the color toner composition is a pigment material in which an anthraquinone compound represented by the general formula (I) and a resin are mixed. The amount of the anthraquinone compound represented by general formula (1) depends on the chargeability of the resin, the chargeability of the auxiliary colorant or additive, the compatibility with the resin, or the dispersion method. .. Since it is determined by the law, etc., it is not limited uniformly, but generally speaking, it is approximately 0.1 ~! for the above-mentioned resins! It is desirable to use it in a range of 0 (wt%), preferably 0.5 to 5 wt%. One of the important properties of toner is chargeability, and charge control agents are added for this purpose. Specific examples of charge control agents include N-alkylpyridinium compounds such as N-cetylpyridinium chloride, quaternary ammonium compounds such as octadecyl ammonium chloride, bis(
Mention may be made of metal complexes such as chromium(II) 4-t-butylsalicylate). The charge control agent is added in an amount of 0.5 to 5% by weight, preferably 1 to 2% by weight, based on the resin. Furthermore, specific examples of carrier particles that can be mixed with color toner resins and used as color toners include:
Examples include granular zircon, granular silicon, polymethyl methacrylate, glass, steel, nickel, iron ferrite, silicon dioxide, etc., and are usually used in particle sizes of about 50 to 1000 microns in diameter. The carrier particles can be mixed with the color toner particles in various suitable proportions, but typically 10 to 200 parts by weight of carrier particles are used for about 1 part by weight of toner. Next, a method for introducing the compound of general formula (I) into the resin through a covalent bond will be described. A polymerizable dye monomer can be obtained by reacting the compound of general formula (1) with a vinyl monomer such as an acid halide compound having a vinyl group, an isocyanate compound having a vinyl group, or an epoxy compound having a vinyl group. In this case, examples of the vinyl monomer that reacts with the compound of general formula (I) include methacrylic acid chloride, methacrylic acid ethyl isocyanate. Examples include glycidyl methacrylate. The above vinyl monomer and the compound of general formula (I) are combined with dioxane or
.. in an organic solvent such as 3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone (DMI) in the presence of a base such as pyridine, from 40 to
By heating and stirring at 150°C, preferably 50 to 80°C for 1 to 5 hours, a polymerizable dye 1,000 nanomer can be obtained. Examples of polymerizable dye monomers obtained as described above are shown below. Colored resins can be obtained by copolymerizing monomers in the presence of polyacrylic acid. The resin obtained in this way typically has the structure shown below. These polymerizable dye monomers and a polymer having a vinyl group such as alkyl methacrylate or styrene [wherein X. Y
.. Y', Z. Z' indicates the mole fraction, x is o. oot
~0. l1 preferably 0. Represents Ol~0.05. ] Colored resins can also be obtained from other systems. The method will be described below. First, a colored resin can be obtained by copolymerizing an anthraquinone compound of general formula (I) and a reactive monomer. Such reactive monomers include 1,2-ethylene diisocyanate, toluene-2,4-diisocyanate, biphenylmethane-4,4°-diisocyanate,
Diisocyanate compounds such as biphenylene-4,4°-diisocyanate, bis-yakuchi formate compounds such as ethylene glycol bischloroformate, propylene glycol chloroformate, or phthalic acid chloride, isophthalic acid chloride, terephthalic acid chloride, glutaric acid chloride , oxalyl chloride, adiboyl chloride, and other diacid halide compounds. The above-mentioned reactive monomers, the anthraquinone compound of general formula (I), and a colorless bifunctional compound such as bisphenol A are mixed into dioxane or 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone (DMI). A colored resin can be obtained by heating and stirring for 1 to 8 hours at O-160°C, preferably 10 to 90°C, in the presence of a base such as pyridine in an organic solvent such as. Further, the compound of general formula (I) can be made into a colored resin by reacting with a polymer having an acid halide group. Examples of the polymer having an acid halide group in this case include acid halides of polymers such as . The above-mentioned polymeric acid octalide, the anthraquinone compound of general formula (I), and a colorless bifunctional compound such as bisphenol A are combined with dioxane or 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone ( DMI) in the presence of a base such as pyridine at 40 to 180°C,
