昇用主弁9・下降用主弁20からそれぞれパイロ

側へ連通・遮断するオープン位置、クローズ位置
の2位置切換形の上昇用電磁弁及び下降用の電磁
弁を配したものにおいて、該上昇用電磁弁13,
14存び下降用電磁弁24,25を、その一方は
オープン側に絞り15,26を有した電磁弁13
,24と、他方はオープン側に絞りを持たない電
磁弁14,25の2個を並列に接続して構成する
と共に、一方の上昇用及び下降用電磁弁13,1
