固定のリングギヤとから成る遊星歯車式減速機を
設けるとともに、 前記ケースに固定のデイスクと固定部材に固定
されてデイスクの回転を停止させるキヤリパとか
ら成り、駆動軸から車輪への駆動力の伝達を遮断
