Block copolymers such as those shown here tend to undergo thermal deterioration under such molding temperatures, making it difficult to obtain molded products with sufficiently excellent performance and surface appearance. There was a problem.

As a result of intensive research on a method for imparting excellent impact resistance without deteriorating the surface appearance of molded products, we used a specific polyorganosiloxane rubber as the rubber component, and combined this rubber with a polyfunctional incyanate compound or a polyfunctional incyanate compound. By blending a functional oxazoline compound or a polyfunctional epoxy compound with a polyarylene sulfide resin and reacting this compound, it is possible to significantly improve impact resistance without the above-mentioned drawbacks, and to improve heat resistance, mechanical properties, and moldability. It was discovered that the resin composition was excellent, and the present invention was achieved.

- (I) (wherein R represents a methyl group, ethyl group, propyl group or phenyl group, Ro represents a methyl group or ethyl group, n is 0, l or 2, and p is an integer from 1 to 6. Examples of monomers providing the crosslinkable component include trifunctional or tetrafunctional siloxane monomers such as trimethoxymethylsilane, triethoxyphenylsilane, tetramethoxysilane, tetraethoxysilane, and tetrabutoxysilane. , one or more of these can be used. The composition ratio of the linear organosiloxane component, the component derived from the compound of formula (I), and the crosslinkable component in the polyorganosiloxane rubber is such that the linear organosiloxane component is 50% by weight or more, preferably 70% by weight or more,
Components derived from the compound of formula (I) are o, i ~ 20% by weight
, preferably 1 to 10% by weight of O, and preferably 0.2 to 30% by weight of the crosslinkable component; less than 0.1% by weight of the compound of formula (I) and other components. The impact strength of the molded product made from the composition similar to that of the present invention will be insufficient, and if it exceeds 20% by weight, the stability of the polyorganosiloxane rubber latex will decrease. The polyorganosiloxane rubber used is obtained by copolymerizing these components. Furthermore, the swelling degree of the polyorganosiloxane rubber used in the present invention when immersed in toluene (the weight percentage of toluene absorbed by the polyorganosiloxane rubber when the rubber is immersed in toluene and saturated at 25°C) is It is preferably 3 to 50, and this can be adjusted by the type and amount of the crosslinkable component to be copolymerized. When the degree of swelling is less than 3, it tends to be difficult to develop rubber elasticity,
Therefore, if the impact resistance of the polyarylene sulfide resin composition is not sufficiently improved and the degree of swelling exceeds 50, it also tends to be difficult to maintain the rubber form when made into a graft copolymer. It tends to be difficult to sufficiently improve the impact resistance of the sulfide composition.

Bisphenol epoxy compounds such as diglycidyl ether, phenol epoxy compounds such as alkylphenol diglycidyl ether, phenolphthalein epoxide, glycol epoxy compounds such as polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether, propylene glycol diglycidyl ether, glycerin triglycidyl ether, phthal Examples include ester-based epoxy compounds such as acid diglycidyl ester, glycidyl amine compounds such as N,N-diglycidylaniline, and compounds such as triglycidyl isocyanurate, and two or more of these may also be used in combination. These polyfunctional compounds should be added in an amount of 0.01 to 10 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polyarylene sulfide resin and polyorganosiloxane rubber.
Part by weight is added and reacted. This reaction can be carried out by any method as long as these components are reacted in a mixed state, but in the pelletizing process, the reaction is carried out by extruding the mixture using an extruder. If the amount of the polyfunctional compound added is less than the above-mentioned lower limit, which is preferable because it is easy to perform, the impact strength will not be sufficiently developed, and if it exceeds the upper limit, fluidity tends to decrease.

After that, it is dried under reduced pressure at 80° C. for 10 hours. Precisely weigh approximately 1 g of the dried polymer, immerse it in approximately 30 g of toluene, and leave it at 25° C. for 100 hours to swell.
