Traditionally, when storing long materials such as pipes,
As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of pipes 1 of each type were tied together with bands 2 and then stored on racks 3 in a warehouse. At the time of storage, as shown in FIG. 2, the pipe 1 is transported by a crane with a wire 5 attached to the pipe 1, and is lowered onto the rack 3 by relaying the pipe 1 using a forklift vehicle 4, which is a transporter.

The present invention provides a long material having a member for receiving a load and having a stopper movably attached to the pallet, which is disposed opposite to the side of the load in a pallet handled by a transporter. It is a loading pallet, and the stopper prevents the loads on the pallet from shifting, thereby preventing damage between the loads or between the loads and the pallet.

Five receiving steel members 8 are fixed to the side frame 6 in an arrangement perpendicular to the pipe 1. The fixed height is set so that the pipe 1 does not come out above the side frame 6 when the receiving steel material 8 receives the pipe 1. Therefore, the receiving steel material 8 is fixed to the approximately mid-height portion of the side frame 6 as shown in FIG.

The side frame 6 has an elongated hole 9 in the side thereof sized to allow the engagement tool of the transporter to be inserted therein. Further, a latch 10 is fixed to the end of the end frame 8. In the vicinity of the elongated hole 9, as shown in Figs. 5 and 9, a reinforcing plate 11 is fixed to the side frame 6, and the elongated hole 9 ensures strength and when the pallet is suspended by the elongated hole 9. We have ensured safety and strength.

A side stopper 13 is attached to the two receiving steel materials 8 with bolts 12, and the attachment position is the side frame 6.
It is said to be on the closer side. In addition, the two receiving steel materials 8
A sliding member 14 is fixed to the lower part of each end frame 7 with bolts 12 as shown in FIGS. 6, 7, and 8.
The bottom view of this sliding member 14 has an arcuate surface so that it can stably ride on a guide rail 15 fixed to a shelf 16 as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11.

As shown in FIG. 3, movable stopper devices 17 are provided on the receiving steel material 8 at both ends. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, the movable stopper device 17 includes a stopper 18 disposed above the receiving steel material 8, a bracket 19 disposed below the receiving steel material 8, and a pair of stoppers 18 and 19 that pass through the stopper 18 and the bracket 19. It consists of a nut 21 assembled into a bolt 20, and by turning the nut 21, the stopper 18 and the bracket 19 are attached.
When the receiving steel material 8 is firmly sandwiched between the stopper 21 and the receiving steel material 8, the stopper 21 can be fixed to the receiving steel material 8.
Conversely, if the nut 21 is reversed, the force that holds the receiving steel material 8 between the stopper 21 and the bracket 19 will be weakened, and the stopper 21 will eventually move to the bracket 1.
9 and can move freely along the receiving steel material 8.

When handling the pipe 1 in this embodiment, the pipe 1 is placed within the receiving length L range of the pallet shown in FIG. 3 and the receiving width W range shown in FIG. 10, and the pipe 1 is supported by the receiving steel material 8. do. Since the receiving steel material 8 also supports the middle of the pipe 1, the pipe does not bend and no bending occurs. The diameter of the pipe 1 to be handled does not exceed the height of arrow H in FIG. In such a case, it is possible to transport the pallets carrying the pipes 1 by stacking them one above the other and loading them onto a truck.
In other words, there is no disadvantage that the upper pallet rests on the pipe when transported by truck.

If the pipe 1 fits within a narrow range with a width of about W 1 , the pipe 1 is likely to roll or slip and shift on the receiving steel material 8 during transportation. In this case, the movable stopper device 17 is moved from the position shown by the dotted line to the position shown by the solid line in FIG. 12, and the nut 21 is tightened to fix the movable stopper device 17 to the receiving steel material 8. In this way, the displacement movement of the pipe 1 is stopped by the stoppers 13 and 18, and damage to the pipe 1, the receiving steel material 8, etc. is eliminated.

When lifting a pallet from a truck or the like, it is carried out by hooking a lifting wire to a latch 10, or by inserting a claw supported from a crane's hanging beam into an elongated hole 9 and hooking it up.

Then, when storing the pipe 1 on the shelf 16,
Store each pallet. At the time of storage, the pallet is positioned by a stacker crane so that the sliding material 14 is placed on the guide rail 15, and the pallet is stored into the shelf 16 by pushing it. At this time, the sliding member 14 slides on the guide rail 15 and the pallet is stored in a predetermined position.

In addition, since elongated holes 9 are provided on the sides of the pallets for insertion of claws when hoisting pallets, even if pallets are stacked one above the other without sleepers, the pallets can be lifted by inserting the claws into the elongated holes 9 and lifting the claws with a crane. can be lifted and transported. Stacking without sleepers improves pallet stacking space efficiency.

When taking out several pipes 1 from the pallet, it is sufficient to simply pick up the pipes 1 from the pallet, and there is no need to remove the band or re-bind the remaining pipes with the band.
