The seats are arranged in the order of the driver's seat, and the cooling air is discharged from the radiator side through the engine to the driver's seat side. Therefore, the cooling air warmed by the engine is discharged to the driver's seat side, resulting in a high temperature in the driver's seat. In this case, if the cooling air is sucked in from the driver's seat side and discharged to the front side, hot air warmed by the engine will similarly be sent out to the radiator side, resulting in a disadvantage of poor cooling efficiency. . Furthermore, in such a structure, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-111814, cooling air is sucked in from the radiator side, and hot air warmed by the engine is directed through a duct in the direction opposite to the driver's seat. There are devices that allow the gas to be discharged, but this requires a duct, resulting in a complicated structure and a large bonnet. Therefore, conventionally, a radiator is placed at the rear of the engine so that cooling air flows from the driver's seat side toward the front. For example, U.S. Pat.
Specification No. 2 describes such a thing.

When operating a mower with a mower installed at the center of the lower part of the machine, the cooling air intake is located close to the mower, which has the disadvantage that grass clippings cut by the mower are easily sucked into the cooling air intake. . In addition, in the past, the radiator and the step were located far apart, so it was impossible to supply water to the radiator from the top of the hood by riding on the step, or even if you were to step on the step, you were in an unnatural position. The drawback was that water supply work was difficult.

Cooling air inlets are formed at the rear of the radiator and above the steps on both sides of the driver's seat, and cooling air outlets are formed at the front of the radiator to cool the air from the rear to the front. It is characterized by being designed to allow wind to flow through it.

Therefore, there is no loss of cooling efficiency. Furthermore, even when the mower is attached to the lower part of the machine, the cut grass is blocked by the steps, so there is no risk of it being sucked into the intake port.

Moreover, it is an axle bracket that supports front and rear wheels (2) and (3), and a seat (4) is attached to the rear of this axle bracket (1).
A steering handle (5) is attached to the front of the steering handle (4), protruding upward from approximately the center of the front and back of the axle bracket (1), and an axle bracket (5) is attached to the side of the steering handle (5). The step (6) of 1) is attached, and the seat (4), the tffi steering wheel (5), the step (6), etc. constitute a driver's seat (7). The engine (8) is mounted on the axle bracket (1) in front of the driver's seat (7).
The radiator (9) that circulates the cooling water of the engine (
8) is located on the rear side. (10) indicates a cooling water pipe connecting the engine (8) and the radiator (9). (11) is a bonnet, which is attached to the axle bracket (1) so as to cover the engine (8) and the radiator (9), but in this embodiment, the engine (8) is The width in this direction is smaller than that of the radiator (9), so that the side walls (11a) (lla) of the bonnet (11) are closer to the engine (8) than the radiator (9) on the rear side. It has a tapered shape that extends forward through the driver's seat (7) to improve the forward visibility from the driver's seat (7) side. Further, the upper surface (llb) has a forward downward slope that is steeply sloped toward the front to improve visibility. (
12) (12) is the bonnet) (11) Near the dash board (13) at the rear end, the bonnet (
In this example, the cooling air inlet (12) for the radiator (9) is shown as a cooling air inlet formed in the side wall (lla) (lla) of
(11) In the side wall (11a) (lla), open above the steps (6) on both sides of the driver's seat (7), and in this way inside the bonnet (11). An outlet (14) for the cooling air taken in is opened in the front wall of the bonnet (11). As described above, since the intake port (12) is located above the step (6), the structure is such that it is possible to prevent grass from rising from below and to prevent grass clippings and the like from being sucked in. At that time, the step (6) has its front end (6a)
is bent upward so as to rise diagonally to one side, making the suction prevention effect more effective. Furthermore, the step (6) is provided at a lower position than the top surface of the frame (1), which allows the rider to ride on this type of small tractor without having to bend the legs slightly, thereby improving the comfort. ing. Note that this cooling air outlet (
14) may be placed in other positions, such as the axle bracket (
1) It may be formed so that it is sent out more downward. Also,
The fan (15) of the radiator (9) may be driven by shaft drive from the engine (8) via a belt or universal joint, or by electric motor drive. In particular, by arranging the motor so that the fan (15) is not directly connected to the engine (8), and by arranging the fan (15) on the radiator (9) side, it is possible to The installation angle can be freely selected, making it possible to increase the tapered shape and the slope of the top surface of the bonfutsu (11).

A radiator is placed between the engine and the driver's seat, and cooling air is sucked in from the rear of the radiator on the driver's seat side and discharged to the front, so the driver's seat does not get heated and is better than conventional models. In addition to improving the working environment, the cooling air that enters the bonnet is first supplied to the radiator, so cooling efficiency is not compromised. In addition, when cooling air is sucked in from the driver's seat side, if a mower is installed at the bottom of the tractor body, there is a risk that grass clippings cut by the mower may be sucked into the cooling air intake side. However, cooling air intakes are provided above the steps on both sides of the driver's seat, and this step prevents grass clippings from being sucked in, so this problem does not occur. The cooling air blows away grass clippings stuck to the front of the hood and insects gathered around the headlights. In addition, by providing a step below the cooling air intake and placing the radiator near the driver's seat, water can be supplied from the top of the hood to the radiator by riding on the step. The effect is that water supply work can be easily performed.
