(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was proposed to solve the above problems, and includes an inner formwork in which concrete is poured and an outer form that seals the inner formwork. The poured concrete is cured under high steam pressure by heating water sealed between the frame and the concrete, and after the curing process is completed, a part of the outer form is subsequently opened to leave the concrete in an absolutely dry state. The curing and drying method for concrete products is characterized by heating and drying the concrete product until it becomes dry. It is characterized by comprising an outer formwork, a part of which can be opened, and a heat ray irradiation device disposed around the outer periphery of the outer formwork, and water is injected between the inner and outer formworks. This is a proposed curing and drying device for concrete products.

(Function) In the method of the present invention, water sealed between an inner formwork in which concrete is poured and an outer formwork that seals the inner formwork is heated to seal the inner and outer formworks. By generating steam in the space, the concrete in the inner formwork is cured under steam pressure, and after the curing process is completed, a part of the outer formwork is subsequently opened without moving the concrete. , the concrete is heated and dried to evaporate the moisture in the concrete until it is completely dry.

Concrete 5 is poured into the inner formwork 1, and water 6 is poured between the inner and outer formworks 1 and 2. The water level and amount can be determined as necessary.
(See Figure 1) When heat rays are irradiated from the electromagnetic wave irradiation device 4 in this state, the water 6 in the closed space between the inner and outer formworks 1 and 2 is heated and evaporated to become high-pressure steam, and the inside of the inner formwork 1 is heated and evaporated. High-pressure steam curing of the concrete 5 is performed.

When the high pressure steam curing of the concrete 5 is completed,
Remove the top plate 2a of the outer formwork 2. At this time, the water 6 between the inner and outer molds 1 and 2 evaporates, leaving the space between the molds 1 and 2 empty. In this state, when the electromagnetic wave irradiation device 4 directly irradiates the cured concrete 5 with heat rays, the water in the concrete 5 is radiated as indicated by the arrow
It evaporates as shown in the figure. (See Figure 2) In this method, after the high-pressure steam curing of the concrete 5 is completed, the concrete 5 is continued to be heated and dried until it becomes absolutely dry without being moved. .

At this time, since the concrete 5 is heated and dried by the electromagnetic wave irradiation device 4, it is efficiently dried deep down, and the water that evaporates at this time forms capillaries in the concrete 5 and the surface of the dry concrete. Therefore, it becomes easier to impregnate concrete with resin, etc.

FIG. 3 shows the drying process of another embodiment of the present invention, in which both the outer formwork 2 and the inner formwork 1 are dismantled, leaving the bottom plates 2b and 1a, and the cured concrete 5 is placed in the electromagnetic wave irradiation device 4. Then, it is heated and dried to an absolutely dry state.
