Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform an effective collection of oily smoke with a low amount of air and enable the smoke to be discharged out of a housing by a method wherein a small amount of auxiliary air is discharged from the first discharging ports arranged at both side surfaces of a suction port and an upper part toward a range and at the same time a small amount of auxiliary air is discharged toward the suction port from a second discharging port arranged in the range. CONSTITUTION:One end of a smoke discharging device A is placed adjacent to a rear burner 12 of a range 11 and placed as a suction port 13 opened toward a front power of the range 11 and the other end of the smoke discharging device A passes through a wall surface 14 of a housing, placed adjacent to an outside part of the housing.
