ル3を巻回してなるものであり、コイル3の巻始
め部3′はコア1の固定部1aに固着したラグ2
に巻付け半田付けされている。

されたコイル、このコイルの巻始め部が接続され
るとともにコアに固着されたラグを備える磁石発
電機の発電子において、前記ラグはコアの固定部
に固着された基部とコアのコイル巻線部でL型に
折り曲げられた接続部とからなり、コ字状のサイ
ドインシユレータが挿入方向を逆向きに順次コア
のコイル巻線部に挿入されるとともに、ラグの接
続部より外側にはラグ側から少なくとも1枚挿入
されかつ、ラグの接続部には反ラグ側から少なく
とも1枚挿入され、さらに、その内側には再びラ
グ側から挿入されており、コイルの巻始め部は内
側のサイドインシユレータによつてコアのコイル
巻線部に押えられてラグの接続部へ導出されてい
ることを特徴とする。

溶接して固着された基部14aとコア11のコイ
ル巻線部11bで基部14aからL型に折り曲げ
られた接続部14bとを有する。15は細線
(φ0.3以下)からなるコイルで、巻始め部16は
折り返して3本程度を撚つてある。

田付け作業を容易にできる。さらに、シール剤に
よつてサイドインシユレータ、ラグ、コイルの巻
始め部を一体にでき、耐水性、耐振性に富んだ発
電子を提供できる。
