【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 研削用の砥石を回転させる第1の駆動源と
、前記砥石に噛合する被研削歯車を当該歯車の軸
心方向に移動させる第2の駆動源とを備えた歯車
研削機において、前記第1駆動源で消費される負
荷電力を検出する検出手段と、当該検出手段によ
つて得られた負荷電力に応じた速度データを算出
する演算手段と、前記速度データと予め定められ
た速度データとの比較結果に応じて前記第2駆動
源を駆動する比較手段とを具備することを特徴と
する歯車研削機。 (2) 請求項1記載の歯車研削機において、負荷
電力を検出する検出手段は前記第1駆動源に接続
される電力検出器と、当該電力検出器に直列に接
続されるローパスフイルタ、サンプルホールド回
路および差動増幅器とからなり、速度データを算
出する演算手段は前記差動増幅器に直列に接続さ
れるV/Fコンバータ、カウンタ、微分器および
乗算器とからなることを特徴とする歯車研削機。
